This is the worst starbucks Ive ever been to. I usually go out of my way to go to the one in Yardley but was already in this shopping center. Ordered 3 drinks at the drive thru. Each one was wrong so had to go inside. If course you then have to wait to be acknowledged and then you get their nasty attitude. My drinks arent even complicated. Iced tea with no sugar no water and light ice. Not sure how you van get that wrong. And the brown sugar oat milk espresso no cinnamon. Of course they put cinnamon. It will be awhile before I will come back

Hello, the customer service is very bad. The person who charges the cashier has a bad attitude towards the customer. He was asked for two hot lates and he only gave him 1. My husband is in a bad mood. girl has no genius for customer service No, my husband didn't notice his name, but it was at 12:08 that he went shopping.

Just went through the drive thru, 1 other car behind me and no line inside at the front counter because my girls ran in to use the BR. I asked the long haired guy at the window if I could add a bundt to my order since I didn’t pay yet and he responded, “No, we are busy now.” I’ve been to other SB a bunch of times and never have I been denied adding something on prior to paying. So was I supposed to drive back around? Not cool - I’ll stick to other friendlier locations who want our business and won’t give an ugh type of vibe!

The employee Michelle (I’m almost certain that’s her name) - she is curmudgeonly disrespectful. During our interaction she irritably responds with annoyance, slamming the door in front of me before I could finish my question on the order. This starbucks has incorrectly delivered my order before, I kindly wanted to confirm accuracy on my drink. I do have recording of the audio on my dashcam which I will be informing corporate & management. Very unprofessional!
In addition, the turkey bacon in the sandwich was burnt. I called the restaraunt thrice and I recieved no answer.
Michelle is the middle aged woman whom appears usually in a ponytail hairstyle, green apron, blue eyes. Today she was the opposite of simpatico behavior. I’m disappointed!
It takes a lot for me to leave a review. This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to!!! It’s actually the closest to my home so I thought it was going to be the best choice but I was wrong. Rude staff and they don’t take time to actually make the drinks how the customer wants it. I’ve been to this Starbucks various times and they get my drink wrong all the time… And when I do go back so they can fix it, they give me an attitude. I don’t recommend this place at all. Now I’m actually going to the Starbucks in East Meadows, they actually listen to my order carefully and give an amazing service

I think use of a personal cell phone texting while you are behind the counter should not be allowed I seen it happen few time with different employees then I just want my coffee and go on my way, but I have to wait for the text to be answer
