I arrived at 8:52 PM and found the door locked. According to your posted business hours (5 AM to 9 PM), the store should still have been open. If certain drinks were unavailable due to equipment was cleaned, it would have been better to communicate that to customers rather than locking the door before closing time.

Overall pleasant staff but the wait is unreal. I understand they are busy but the order time was 10-13 min. I waited over 20 min for my coffee. I ordered an ice white mocha. The frustrating part is they start the order then move on to other orders. Shouldn’t be this long of a wait.

Barista Barbara is extremely rude and had issue putting in simple order of a cappuccino, also had my order come out and was just a grande cup of cold foam, no coffee added

I ordered large hot chocolate with almond milk. when I received I felt the cup super light.. I put it in my car and the foam was to the top However I use a spatula to blend the foam and this is my large hot chocolate The actual size Is equal to a small size with in a large cup be carful when you purchase drinks. Again I just blend the foamy drink

Conveniently located on the corner of Levittown Plaza off the south side of Hempstead Turnpike, you will find this place is always bustling with regular patrons and greeted by staff that is familiar with them. It’s everything you want your neighborhood coffee shop to be. I would give it five stars but would say I would like to see a little more consistency in how they make their drinks. Depending on the season I only order one of two drinks and don’t think it’s tasted consistent.
