Left out food again. Used the Drive thru. Taco and chalupas split all the way through the bottom. The chalupas are crunchy and stale. Missing sauces. Food is not what I asked for. It's so simple to make a $25 order correct, training and common sense.

This is my favorite taco bell in the area. The food always comes out hot and correct. Idk what's with all the complaints but I never have any issues. Try ordering through the app? The employees are also always friendly at the drive thru window. Give em a raise!!! Thanks guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had an establishment. The manager working on New Year's Eve night was the absolute worst human being I have ever come into contact with at an establishment. I waited for over an hour and a half on the drive thru line (close to two hours) without any communication from the workers inside that I would not be helped. I then get to the drive thru ordering screen at 4:31 am and was told they were closed when two cars in front of me was able to order. I asked to speak to a manager since I was outraged considering I had just waited close to two hours to order and there was not a single worker who came outside to tell us they would not be able to take our order after 4:30 am. The manager then continued to lie about his name and closed and locked the window immediately after lying about his name and paid no attention to the window. All of the workers that night paid attention to the window and tried to open it to help me but the manager kept telling them not to and all I did was ask for his name repeatedly. He then continued by calling the police and giving them a description of my car because I was asking for his name. The most ironic part of it all is that they were helping customers that were walking up to the window to grab online orders the entire night instead of prioritizing the drive thru how other establishments do. I have had horrible experiences at this Taco Bell before with them messing up food and being rude and not reciprocating good customer service by not saying you're welcome or have a nice night etc. but this by far was the absolute worse experience and could have been easily fixed by following what other similar establishments do and coming out and putting out cones to block off those who won't be helped on the line instead of having us wait over two hours to be told no. I will never be coming to this Taco Bell again or any Taco Bell and I will be contacting corporate.

Never again. I have been going to this store since early 2000 when I was 16. This is such a disappointment. What a fall from grace. This used to be the best TB around. However the past year to year and a half this has fallen fast. The drive thru always has a miscommunication with the order and twice the (curly hair) kid screws up the order. So I used to go inside. Today was the last straw. I used the kiosks to order. They served two orders after me while I was waiting then ask for my order numbers. Then completed another three orders of people after me. I waited 20 minutes. It was ridiculous. The food was horrible. They just threw it into the wrapper and folded it. I gave it to the homeless guy that sleeps there. This place is such a disappointment. I'm done here.

Drive through service is horrible!! I order $21.00 worth of food which included 8 tacos. I only received 2. Maybe they should retrain their staff how to count. Quick to take my money, but cannot count above 2!!

often buy for lunch at work. usually have issues here, and will only order when Chick-fil-A is closed tbh. other than missing or wrong items regularly, my most recent purchase the burritos weren't even rolled up. like they basically were tacos. even the grilled cheese burrito, which is sealed shut with melted cheese, was open like a taco when opened the wrapper. the beefy 5 layer has two tortillas and still wasnt made right. i mean even for a taco bell this is crazy
