Salad in the taco shell was what I was craving and once I got it, it was very good. Pretty big portion. Will run you about 16 bucks in total but it's filling. Also came with guac which I appreciate.

However, I ordered the meteor crater that was $13 on the menu in the store, but I was charged $16 for the meal, which is much more than sales tax can account for. I even saw the $13 price show up before the price increased while the cashier was checking out. I see online that the cost is $16 but it is false advertising to show lower prices in the store and up-charge at checkout.
For context, their other location truthfully charges $13 for their meteor crater and you get a complementary small bag of chips. SMH.

I am very disappointed… I’ve loved taco joes but I haven’t gotten food from taco joes in awhile… came in and asked for a bowl the portions given out were so skimpy I asked for a little extra rice and was given a disrespectful stare…. The portion for the meat was again skimpy… for $16 a bowl… I will not be coming back again.

Was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in with a few friends for the first time. This place gives that old school vibe, but the food was amazing and they have frozen daiquiris the pina colada was my favorite. The staff was really friendly and helpful with ordering, definitely recommend coming here to eat the crunchy steak tacos, birria tacos and quesadillas are some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
