I mean, they are sub-par wings at pretty fair prices, so it's a step above fast food, but the customer service is impressively bad. Employees will spend a minute buried in their phone before realizing there's a customer in front of them, and then another minute before they actually address them. You'll have a better experience anywhere else, but for quick takeout, it's... an option, I guess.

The second time I ordered garlic parm and lemon pepper. It's supposed to have 3 sauces, got 2. The chicken doesn't have flavor, taste like plain fried chicken and dry and overcooked. I spent over $40 no more!

My kids love this place. I do not personally. I have a dairy allergy. The wings smell like they have been coated with butter. Asked the workers...do you used butter ...no we don't. The oil is soy. Hmmmm smells.and taste like butter. Oh well. As long as my kids love it.
