I went to Wingstop with my grandma and we were ordering dinner for two people. The person taking our food had a bad attitude. I even tried complementing her to see if she would lose her attitude a little, but she didn’t. We also were waiting for about 20 minutes or longer for our food. It was terrible by the time we left our food was kind of cold, especially our fries and I will definitely not be coming there again but by the time we left the girl that took our order we said thank you and bye, and she she said bye in a bad attitude You lost a customer. I love Wingstop and I will never be coming there.

Honestly... it could be the location, but Wing stop in Queens vs. Wing stop in levittown TOTALLY DIFFERENT on how you guys make your food. I just got mines and was highly HIGHLY disappointed. The spot in Queens, theirs were juicy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of Garlic Perm sauce. I dont know what happened to the Levittown spot, but it was very dry, 2 out of 10 wings weren't cooked through enough and the garlic perm ...where? Even the paper that was in the container was dry. Levittown location... DO BETTER. Thank you.

I stopped by today to get some wings, but never even ordered them. The employee was cleaning his nose, after he had not even washed his hands, got back to work, and took a plate with other staff without gloves. 🤢

The lady who took my order, Ashley was very sweet and everybody else works at a great speed. My food was fresh and they were also very nice and welcoming. living in Queens for all my life and then moving to Florida I still haven’t found any location of Wingstop like this location. They took my order straight away once I walked in and made me feel comfortable, The food was also fresh and their fries are not like any Wingstop fries I’ve tasted before. The people that work here need a raise, especially Ashley because this is the best service I have ever had at a Wingstop.

I am not sure what is happening with this location. The person at the counter I give her 5 stars!!! The food was salty, and the ranch was watery! Unless something changes, I do not see a good future for this location

I love wingstop . But this location ia one of my favorites . I been here many times and team is very very friendly food come out fast even on days that they seem busy thwy always have a smile on their faces. Restaurant is always clean. They have bathroom available as well. Every wings flavor i got was good. Highly recommended this location
