Placed an online order to save time and ended up Wasting it. Missing items, went back to retrieve said items and then the items were inedible because they tasted disgusting possibly do to contamination of other items. The drive thru employees need to be more thorough.

I’ve been going to this Burger King for about three years, and lately there’s this girl named Justice at the drive-through who’s got a real attitude. Every time I pull up, she acts annoyed, like I’m bothering her just for ordering food. The other day she practically shoved the bag in my face when she handed it to me. I just sat there in shock. After three years of coming here, that really turned me off from ever going back.

I had asked for a whopper with cheese but no meat. They offered me an impossible burger but I said no. When I got the order it was a bun, lettuce, no cheese and everything had been thrown in the bag and all the onion rings were just in the bag. And I had the pleasure of paying up for the special order.

This place is garbage service is horrible went there for a friend waited like an idiot at the order station for about 5-7 min before i realized they haven’t asked me for my order when i spoke into the intercom the guy said he’d be with me soon again dummy me i waited another 5-7 minutes and i asked them if they were ok the guy did apologize and said they were short staffed, hmmm 🤔 at freaking 7:45pm on a Monday and absolutely no cars in front of me i just drove off, im telling you burger king in liberty needs a revamp or just close your doors…

Don't trust their hours, their dining room hours say 10 PM on the sign but they lock up shortly after 9 PM.
Order two Whopper meals they both came out cold. No mayo ketchup or pickles which were ordered to be on the burger. Staff very rude

Burger King never fails to satisfy, but the 8 pickles on my whopper was overkill. I love that you can customize your soft drinks. Fries are the best in fast food.

Went for a late-night food run. Customer service was stupendous and very friendly. For an order of about seven people, they got everything correct. They were fairly busy when we got there, so it did take some ten odd minutes for us to get the food. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
