PLEASE LET THE RECORD SHOW ZERO STARS.Been coming to this Burger king location for years,always great until Saturday September 21st,sodas watered down,fries were Stale,burgers were cooked but not flame grilled,tasted and had the texture of being microwaved,buns stale….they have some nerve,if this wasnt a to go order i would have demanded my money back,in this environment where everything costs more,the least Burger King can do is keep high standards,but instead they dont care,ecspecially the fact that the management or the owner does not respond to reviews,well i dont care either and will never be coming back to the Burger King in Liberty NY.

I waited a long time and then they made a complete mistake with the order. The food is fine but you hear the people in the kitchen are not working and only doing nonsense and the operation there just doesn't work.

I don't put my expectations too high for fast food places, but this experience was pretty rough. I did mobile order. When I got to the window they informed me they were out of 2 of the things I ordered. One of them was Coca-cola... then I saw the poor workers. They were working their butts off, covered in sweat. I felt so bad for them. Then when we got our order there was stuff missing. Had to wait in line all over just to get the rest of order. Took about half and hour from ordering to getting our food.

No issues with the employees or cleanliness which were both good. There were two ordering kiosks right next to each other and also in the same area that someone would order via an employee. These kiosks are only as good as the least adept person using them. Slow users and those ordering via an employee blocked others from using the kiosks creating congestion right at the entrance. There was also only one drink dispenser which was touch screen. Again at the mercy of the least technical customers. This also created a ridiculous line and the placement of the machine forced everyone to have to wiggle through the drink line to get food. Adding kiosks away from the front desk and one more drink dispenser would actually allow this location to operate at a much higher level. For now, if you see a line here...just run.

The food was great, was hot and delicious! There is a man that works there, that runs the drive-thru as well he goes out of his way to be friendly and polite. Which is rare these days.

So slow. I get food faster at a sit down and order restaurant. 20 minute wait for a drive thru is insane. And it’s every single time I come here. Every single time it’s an obnoxious wait. What is the issue? Tons of cars driving off because they waited so long and gave up. Losing tons of business considering McDonald’s is across the street. Soon you’re gonna lose more business. Get it together.
Will not be going back to this place again. I paid for coffee and never received the coffee. The manager in the morning is rude and headquarters refused to do anything about it. Don't go inside this place you may not get your order.
