Very bad service. My husband ordered an extra large Diet Coke she gave us a small. He asked for onion rings and they gave us fries, We ordered the Italian chicken It tasted really dry and gross. I will not be visiting them again.

If I could give this place a double zero I would. I ordered breakfast sat down to eat and about half way through my sandwich imbedded into the folded egg was a f...ing a plastic glove rements of a finger?????????I was so scared sad and angry all at once.. This place is a joke and refused to give me their complaint number... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
I enjoy using app at drive thru or inside, all do is redeem code tell them code and keep up so you can show them when you pay and have 15mins to redeem code, also if don't live far from a BK they can deliver to your door. My family and I went in BK to order this young guy was taking our order but apparently didn't understand cause said it multiple times back and forth and he still go our order wrong. His friends were ahead of us so not sure if trying 2 impress them or what or he was on something. Im not sure, but this was in liberty,NY. We also have had a lady at drive thru be very rude and nasty like she didn't want to be there and that night they were understaffed and a big line at the drive thru and again got our order wrong and she didn't want to make milkshakes or put our code in. Way craziness for real!

We had a good experience ordering on the app and picking up in the Drive thru. They got our order right and gave us hot and fresh fries. What else could we ask for?

We went through the drive thru and placed our order. The order on the screen was correct. When we got to the pickup window the order was completely wrong. When I asked for a bun that wasn't pre toasted, they told me the bun is supposed like that. No straws, napkins or bbq sauce we requested. The general manager of this store obviously is not training employees. Rule #1 Never be rude to the guest.
