The service was amazing, the waitress incredible. The food had some issues, I am hoping it was just a bad night but the mozzarella sticks well ice cold in the center, The fajitas had some sauce on them that would make me think more Szechuan than Mexican... I did not try anything else on this visit headed off to the next place to try and get something to actually eat
Kathy was excellent
The food is basuda !!!
Stopped on our way home from visiting my daughter and what a great meal we had. Very friendly and clean. Nice laidback atmosphere. I ordered the steak special which came with a salad and dessert. Steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were real and very good.
I, very much, enjoyed this place. Greeted by friendly staff on a Friday evening, not busy. Although I wanted to try Sopa de Mariscos due to my South American roots…it is a “diner”. I went with an Alpine burger instead. Burger seasoned nicely, temp was perfect, cheese melted well, mushrooms, although delicious, were under portioned and the bacon was way undercooked with no crisp at all, surprisingly not rubbery and tasted good. I should’ve asked for xtra crispy fries. I blame that on me as I like mine well. Overall a good experience on Rt 17, or whatever it is now.
This was a great stopping point on our way to Binghamton to stop at for dinner! Certainly enjoyed the people and atmosphere.

Very nice smal family diner, typical large menu and we all had excellent sandwiches and wraps. Imagine breakfast would be equally great.

A Charming Pit Stop: Casi's Family Diner
En route to Rochester, my husband and I stumbled upon Casi's Family Diner on a bustling Friday morning. This quaint diner's warm atmosphere and sweet service immediately won us over. We were greeted with genuine smiles and promptly seated. Our server, attentive and knowledgeable, helped us navigate the extensive menu.
Generous portion sizes and scrumptious dishes made for a satisfying meal. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. Coffee cups were constantly refilled, a nice touch.
A quintessential diner experience that left us feeling full and content. Highly recommended for travelers and locals alike! The only reason it's not a 5/5 is that it's not particularly unique, but it's a solid, reliable option.
