I just had the worst experience I've ever had from a pizza place. I ordered a large pepperoni & sausage pizza from here. Mind you, I live in Grahamsville, so it's about 25 minutes each way. Upon arriving at home and opening the box it was very clear that whoever made this pizza accidentally made a pepperoni pizza and then either realized or was told that there was supposed to be sausage on it also, so instead of remaking it, they covered the pizza with cold, uncooked sausage. So it's a cooked pepperoni pizza with previously cooked, cold sausage sprinkled on top of it. This place is lucky that I'm unable to share a picture of this abomination of a pizza here in this review. It's disgusting. I called and spoke to the woman who answers the phone/takes orders and she was quick to tell me to bring it back and they'll replace it, but I explained to her that that's 45 minutes of driving. So, she told me that they owe me a pizza and the next time I call, just to mention her name and this situation and they'll honor me with a free pizza. Unfortunately, I'll never eat here again. Anybody who calls themselves a chef (whether it be a pizza chef or otherwise) and could send something like this home with a customer isn't somebody I want cooking my food. Do yourselves a favor and order your pizza elsewhere. This place clearly has somebody making their pizzas who doesn't care whatsoever about the quality of their food or their customers' health

I ordered here in afternoon and the food was terrible and the service was even worse ! The cashier was really mean and seemed like she hated her job. I ordered Calamari and pasta, the calamari was not cooked at all and was completely white and pasta had no flavor and tasted like they just used pizza sauce absolute terrible

The female with red hair and piercings who runs the counter is very rude and needs to get fired immediately. She clearly hates being at her job and you can see in other reviews I’m not the only person who sees this. I came for my lunch break and she gave an attitude the whole time when I asked simple questions. I kept things cordial on my end, when I left she told my coworker who was next in line “they must be hiring anybody for your job huh.” Very inappropriate for her to comment something like that especially when she doesn’t even do a decent job at her own occupation. I was very disappointed in my first experience at this restaurant.

CHEAP/ Co. Is cheap with items on your pie if you get a pizza you will not like just eating dough and some sauce with what I believed was sprinkled & I mean SPRINKLED with what I believed was cheese won't be stopping by there again & white slice dry as hell.

I recently visited a pizzeria where the service was disappointing. They were training a new girl and treating her poorly, which created a tense atmosphere. The front desk lady, instead of being helpful, gave me attitude, making the experience even worse. Her dismissive behavior and the evident lack of support for the trainee reflected poorly on the establishment. This experience left me dissatisfied and unlikely to return. Hopefully, the young trainee leaves and finds a better job where they appreciate her for hard work.

Used to love this place. The last time I ate there, I had a bad experience with a server. She was very impersonable, and then the food had me and my friend run to the bathroom. I thought it was a one-time thing. So I went back they were very busy with no room to park. So I went to the back door that used to be open to use with original owners. I pulled on the door, and it opened. The same waitress belted out, "What the hell would they come through that way?" So I turned around saying I'll never come back!

The owner is great. very nice. The girl there, Kate, is very unprofessional. someone came to pick up an order and she says “i dont know why you people come so early when i give a specific time for pick up”. meanwhile he ordered it 35 minutes before going to get his food. She was very unprofessional and I have NEVER dealt with that before.

I called for an order and the lady that picked up was very nasty, Then I went to pick up my order and she was the most nasty person , very rude to customers. She should not be working if she DON’T want to work.. it’s obvious the so called owner has had many complaints about this miserable woman and nothing gets done all the reviews are about this woman being nasty to customers. No wonder it was empty in there.. I would not buy there again and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. I think it’s time for the owners to get rid of this person all you have is complaints
