The workers are very considered and polite, the place is very easy in and out, 15 designated car parking, have 7 clean tables, wifi, can seat relax refrash then continue to your destinations, corner of 211 st and buzy jamaica ave Quees village.

I just picked up my to-go order from doordash and I dealt with the most sour customer service representative for this establishment that I have ever seen. She was an older woman in her late 50s or 60s with blonde hair and glasses and all the personality of an angry wet Rock. I did ask her a question in regards to my to-go order because I have come to this establishment before and sometimes they forget to put my to go order forward so I asked her if the to-go order that was hiding behind the pickup space was mine, because it's happened to me before at this establishment where they forget to put my to-go order in the to-go area. The Dunkin Donuts representative very rudely said it's not ready yet. Then when it was ready she slid my bag across the counter and said nothing to me other than your order and when I said I hope you have a good day she turned her back on me and said nothing. Rude customer service an individuals such as that should not be in this industry. I've worked customer service for 28 years of my life and I would never treat a customer that way. I understand that people don't want to work long hours and in chaotic environments but being that this woman is of a more mature age she should know better and should set the example for customer service for her fellow employees. I used to come to this establishment every morning every day I work, which is 6 days a week. Because of rude people like her I don't want to go to your establishment at all.
Do better for the sake of your business because people with that work attitude will ruin it.

Been going there for as long as I can remember. Recently the newer staff have huge attitude problems, never say thank you or your welcome back to you and barely put their arm out the window so I have to jump out of my window to try and reach it. The coffee I go there for twice a day is enver made right anymore but the tag is correct so it's just pure laziness. I am about done going there.

I have been getting a large coffee: 6 vanilla bean cool syrup, 6 equal and 6 cream for years. The last few months, the coffee is bitter, not sweet the way i love. I know they aren't doing what I ask and it's unfortunate because I was buying 4 a day. No longer going there. How can a coffee place not get the one thing right I ask for every day??? Sad because I love supporting businesses in my area.

🤢🤢 there donuts are disgusting, it is not clean in there and the food literally taste like a dirty rag. I'd eat off the ground before eating here again 🤢 I'm calling public health 👌🏽👌🏽 this place is not suitable for a dog nonetheless humans.

This Place Is Terrible!! BOTH Monticello Restaurants Are So Much Better.. They Prepare Food way Better.. Liberty sends Out Bacon That’s Not Fully Cooked And Some Of Their Employees Attitudes SUCK!! If You Don’t Want This Type Of Profession Then LEAVE!! But Don’t Play With Peoples Food And Drinks!

Stopped here on a road trip. The location is not clean. There were a bunch of flies both in the restrooms and in the main area. I ordered a basic BEC on a plain bagel and there was a dead fly in it. The staff there seemed incompetent and were not efficient. There were 5 workers and none could seem to figure out how to unlock the cash register to take my order.

Waited on drive through got to the window and asked if I could add a orange juice to my order I was told they have a long line. I I said what are you telling me I have to go bak on line and wait again , he responded by saying yes and refused to add juice to my order untill I made a stink about it and a co worker came and told him to do it .horrible nasty service
Best breakfast sandwich sourdough bread bacon egg and cheese delicious. The gentleman was on point, taking the order. He was a light-skinned gentleman with dreads. He was nice and precise on my order. Thank You!!!

Had to call corporate...people on the phone are rude ASF...ordered 2 iced lates LARGE half filled which it's called a large for a reason but only got a half of coffee...whoever was on the phone decided to throw attitude saying no we fill it to the top...are you blind or what
Do people not care about people hard earned money anymore...your getting paid our hard earned money for us to get half a coffee for you to get paid right...I worked at Dunkin in nc and I definitely wasn't lieing or throwing people attitude...and I was making food for the army our people that protect this country

I wish I can say something nice about this place but I can't. The people work here are nothing but rude and lack customer service skills. No one knows kindness here. Please save your trip and go somewhere else..cuz they're going to make sure they ruin your food, waste your money and make your day even bad if you are having a bad day.
