Went in there and got a pasta I opened it up in the car when we already left and it was icey not cold frozen so I called up the store and the manager just said heat it up at home I told him in response I paid for a service and a product I expect that quality I paid for and he just hung up on me I you like your food DONT come here if you like service DONT come here there are soooo many other places that are so much better. This also isn't the first time something like this happened to me here just don't come

This place is shockingly good and fresh. You do not get that feeling when walking in and i would prefer the staff wear better protective gear in terms of keeping the food clean but everything we ate was clean, fresh and delicious. I’m only taking off points for the appearance of lack of cleanliness even though the food area is quite clean. My advice to ownership is to put more resources into cleaning the dining and bathroom areas on a more consistent basis the way the competition in the area seems to be prioritizing. It could be the difference as to why someone chooses your location over another. But the food is great and fresh.

Food was good, we came right before all the Brooklynites arrive for the summer so it wasn't packed so we were served within 10 minutes of ordering. However it was very hot, no air conditioner or even ceiling fans running ( they have lots of ceiling fans hanging from the high ceiling but wasn't even on.....

It's ok, like another reviewer - "looks like a cafeteria." Felt like I was in middle school to be honest. The pizza also is ok. Definitely nothing to rave about at all. If you are hungry it will taste amazing. Service is almost spot on just because it's definitely not the freshest slice being reheated. Also waaaay too much cheese in the regular cheese pizza .
