I’ve been coming to this cart since Middle school, it’s always been the best. My mom and I love the food, always a good deal for lunch or dinner! He’s always so nice and we have nice chats :)
I get the combo over rice. Food is solid, the meat and chicken are top tier. The hot sauce could be a bit hotter but just get more if you like spicy. I like that it comes with pita automatically.
My partner and I were in the area and decided to give Afridi's halal cart a try. We ordered a combo over rice and a chicken over rice, and we devoured both platters. The food was absolutely delicious, and I'd probably make my way out there again just for more. While waiting, the cart cook gave us samplers of the meat with the different sauces. He was pleasant to speak with and, overall, a genuinely kind person.
