Don't judge a book by it's cover. Although the place needs a renovation the food is solid. The neighborhood is lucky to have this little gem. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Go to dish is the Chicken Francese with sautéed linguini in garlic and oil. Today I tried the egg and potatoes sandwich it was so good. Please support this restaurant Covid has been rough on the entire industry.

Ordered the Veal chop special to go. Cooked medium. Side salad. Enjoyed very much. Liked the handle on the chop. Not a fancy dish at all but well prepared. Simple but good. Restaurant was empty. Dead as a door nail on a Friday night. Hope they make it. 1977 was a different era for this neighborhood. I would order from again.

Aunt Bella's Italian Restaurant you are simply terrific, I had a wonderful experience here today. Clean and cute atmosphere. These guys certainly have a phenomenal menu too. Service was great and every one working here was really nice and helpful. It was seriously an amazing experience.

I've been coming here for years and it is completely different now. I think there are new owners and the food ( sauce) was not the norm. I'm really trying to be fair but I don't see myself returning any time soon. Service was ok , prices are reasonable just a different experience. Would not recommend

I have been living in Douglaston/Little Neck for 5 years now & have had iffy food from the Italian restaurant s here Then YES someone told me to order from AUNT BELLAS They are the BEST! The baked ziti. . AWESOME THE PIZZA AWESOME sausage roll AWESOME ETC ETC I will never order from any other The only thing that annoys me is that I forget they are closed on Mondays

I never write reviews for restaurants, however this completely blew my socks off. The staff had so much hospitality, the decor was quaint and vintage, and the food was nothing short of absolutely delicious. Please, it's worth flying across the country for. The food came out within a reasonable time, and I remember when I asked for two extra slices, they gave me four instead of two. Me and my family literally ate every single last bite. We will most definitely go again, and I really want to dine at this restaurant regularly, because the experience was so... magical, if I were to describe it. Phenomenal job, you have my ultimate praise.
One of my favorite neighborhood eats. Food is good and the service is awesome. But i do hope they read this. The pasta has been over cooked the last several times. Way too soft. They have to remedy asap

My husband and I decided to order lunch from this place since we pass by it so often and judging a book by its cover, it looks like a homey kind of place and exactly what you're looking for on a cold rainy day.We ordered the Caruso penne lunch special and Chicken Parm sandwich with a side of fries. Ordered inside and you can tell the owner has taken all covid precautions in wiping things down - even the pen you sign your credit card receipt with. Inside tables looked well distanced apart. It was only about 10 min wait for the food to get ready.Like the other reviews, huge portions and delicious food. The chicken parm sandwich was really good - on fresh bread and not too cheesy. The pasta was really good especially adding parmesan cheese (which was included).
