This coffee shop is located in Little Neck, Queens. It is like a local rest area in a place where there are no other places to rest.
The coffee tastes good and the atmosphere is nice. It is mainly used by young people, but the customer base is diverse.

I'm really impressed with both the customer service and the quality of coffee at Bean & Bean.
A few months ago, I ordered medium roast Indonesian beans, but they didn’t meet my expectations. Having recently lived in Japan for many years, I was accustomed to medium roast Indonesian beans that were much darker with lower acidity than what I received. To make matters worse, I misread the roast date on the package and mistakenly thought the beans were several months old. I was so disappointed that I initially left a bad review (which I later deleted).
However, the customer support team reached out to me promptly and offered to send two different types of beans based on the flavor profile I was looking for. I eventually settled on "Rio Nights", and I'm very happy with my choice.
Sitting here and wondering how they have the audacity to charge $9.69 for a seasonal pumpkin drink that tastes like milk with some pumpkin spice on top ? I frequent NYC cafes regularly and would never leave a review like this for a small business but this is just absurd.

Ordered a pumpkin spice eispanner and it tasted like watered down coffee not worth the price
Great local coffee shop - lots of great single origin options to choose from. Especially the Guatemalan orange honey. Most baristas are decent, some are great, and some need more training.

Love the atmosphere and coffee roaster and freshly ground coffee bean smell and visuals when ordering. Nice and chic spot and well as very chill. Good location to grab a fresh brew and get work done.

Chill place to study/work at. You can stay as long as you like there’s so many tables they don’t run out really.
Matcha was very good (got it hot). It wasn’t too powdery or anything. Not cheap but also what is in NY state.
Overall great experience

I came here with a family member a few weeks ago and was as cordial as possible, though asking question out of curiosity. The workers looked offended by my questions but they answered them.
I thought everything was smooth until after we left, as I sipped on my coffee I started noticing a strange sensation in my throat, once we got home I had a full blown sore throat, which lasted for weeks.
I'm never going to this place again, they clearly either did something to my coffee or used a dirty instrument, I was disgusted
