It is so nice and clean in here the new owner, Will is so nice and it’s more clean and spacious. There is a bigger selection of delicious cake and there is more flavors. Even Music! The prices have decreased and I recommend to go here if you want some ice cream or a birthday cake
William is a cool guy. Threw in some extra chocolate pieces to make cake taste even better. Clean and good parking. Cool designs for the holidays. Get your girl a nice cake.

They have so many Oatly flavors here! Service is PHENOMENAL. My husband and I are pleased with the service, our portion of ice cream and ease of finding parking. UPDATE- The new owner William was very nice. Loads more flavors and toppings. Prices are back to reasonable and less than the previous owner. This Carvel is now a 5-star review. Welcome to Doug/LN. The old owners had a habit of charging different amounts for the same product each time you go into the store is very common. They add on prices and always serve less than. I loved the original owner. The store is under NEW ownership as of 12/19/23. Let's all hope for more consistency, better prices and service.

Really nice people that run the place I put an order in for a cake for my son and the people in there gave me free pack of flying saucers and told me to give them to the kids support your local business. These people work hard thank you.

First and last visit. Old looking place, and sticky door. Prices? because I wanted chocolate sauce they charged an additional $1 without telling me. Also, they charged me additional "because it is from this refrigerator", they didn't inform that would be additional cost either. To top it off they charged a "tech fee" , perhaps because I paid with card. All this without mentioning the terrible customer service from the asian couple, who didn't show any empaty, no nice at all. This is a place that you don't feel welcomed. It is "their way or the highway'. NEVER AGAIN. SUFFERING WITH YOUR OWN MONEY!! :( :(
