Great service, portion sizes, and food tastes incredible. Genuinely my favorite Chipotle in the world. Their manager, victor, is so welcoming!!!!

The worst chipotle I have ever gone. The server who is black was extremely rude and impatient. I asked for double protein, but she only gave me half a portion of each. When the cashier asked whether it was double or single, she replied:” I don’t know, I just gave one scoop each,” with noticeable attitude. I will definitely not coming back to this location again.

I went to this place to order food around 9:45 PM. The moment I was about to walk to the counter to order food, an employee came out from the back, started throwing a pan on the floor, and made a loud noise, saying, clean up. Another employee from the register told him to stop doing this a few times, but he kept doing it. The store closes at 11 PM; it seems they didn't want anyone in and I didn't feel safe in there, so I ordered one Sprite and left. The location is good, but the people who work there are terrible. I won't go there anymore.

Bad attitude from the guy in the desk. She is like a diva and treat the people with out of respect. He is crazy start yelling in the bathroom and make weird sounds.

By far the worst chipotle I have ever gone to. They were out of honey chicken and white rice. One of the servers behind the counter was annoyed that she had to go somewhere else to get white rice and then she was even more annoyed when I asked for a burrito instead of a bowl - “ Why didn’t you tell me you wanted a burrito? I got too much rice!” (As I sat to eat my meal, I heard her constantly criticizing customers for various infractions, mostly having to do with making her work.) The entire staff were distracted for about two minutes because one of the coworkers had shaved his head and they all were admiring it. There was no ice in the ice machine. And then when I returned to get a bottle of soda, there were six people behind the counter but only three were working. One of them just stared at me when I asked for a bottle of soda - as if I was speaking Latin. Yeah, maybe this place won’t shut down, but I will definitely not be coming back.

What Chipotle doesn't have rice hours before they close. It's either A and lazy employee, or b shitty planning. Either way you're a Chipotle and rice is the staple of what you serve people. Means you should be making enough rice plus some to make sure you have rice for your entire shift... Do you need a competent human to come run your store?
