This Chipotle is fairly close to home, so it makes for a quick trip. The food is always fresh and all the choices are available. The staff are patient and quick to fill orders. Check out is easy and fast. There are plenty of plastic utensils and napkins. We take our order home to eat, but there are clean tables and chairs if you want to stay and eat.

Never going to this chipotle again and will highly recommend to others to chose a different location. Ultimately, it boils down to management and management of employees. Place is filthy, food portions are way too low, pretty much to the point I feel like I’m pretty ripped off, and employees just down right suck at customer service. They don’t seem to care about the job or at least put an effort to lie about it.

Skip this one, portions are consistently super tiny. We drive further out to mineola or new Hyde park chipotle.

Great service, portion sizes, and food tastes incredible. Genuinely my favorite Chipotle in the world. Their manager, victor, is so welcoming!!!!

The worst chipotle I have ever gone. The server who is black was extremely rude and impatient. I asked for double protein, but she only gave me half a portion of each. When the cashier asked whether it was double or single, she replied:” I don’t know, I just gave one scoop each,” with noticeable attitude. I will definitely not coming back to this location again.

A bit cold, but food was great compared to most chipotles

I went to this place to order food around 9:45 PM. The moment I was about to walk to the counter to order food, an employee came out from the back, started throwing a pan on the floor, and made a loud noise, saying, clean up. Another employee from the register told him to stop doing this a few times, but he kept doing it. The store closes at 11 PM; it seems they didn't want anyone in and I didn't feel safe in there, so I ordered one Sprite and left. The location is good, but the people who work there are terrible. I won't go there anymore.
