Staff work there so stupid they don’t care about there customers I paid for the hot coffee and ask for fresh coffee please lady with glasses said it’s fresh and gave me junk coffee. And just showing attitude if I said I told you fresh please she’s so rude and don’t wanna work just look tired.

If I could give this Dunkin’ a 0, I would. I went through the drive-thru, and the service was terrible. The employee taking my order was rude, and after I placed it, they actually told me, “Speak louder next time.” Excuse me? Maybe they should work on their attitude and customer service skills instead.

To make things worse, they literally confirmed that they had my order right, but when I checked my bag, they forgot my donut. How do you mess that up when you just said you got it? It’s not that hard to double-check before handing out orders.

I won’t be coming back to this location. If you want fast, friendly, and accurate service, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

There's something about this Dunkin' that gives me ugly vibes. Every time I go there is a girl at the counter/checkout who serves in a somewhat dry manner. There are no clients but the only one who comes in and feels that he does not have the patience to explain and serve. Unfortunately it is the one that is close to me and I always find it. They should train their workers on customer service.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I ordered from uber eats and it is currently taking them 50 minutes to wrap up my order of half a dozen donuts and some sandwiches. Uber eats would not cancel my order and I tried calling the store but no one ever picked up. This is ridiculous and my kids are starving waiting for this stupid order, I would give it zero star if I can.

Avocado 🥑 Toast texture had a moldy smell and tastes funnier than usual.
The ladies were rushing to take our order but we were the only ones on line. Has questions about the food but never gave us the answers.
The front desk looked confused like they didn't know the menu.
The tables and chairs were dirty with drink stains. Just don't know why the workers are chitchatting in the back while they can clean the area a bit instead of the customers.
Parking here is SO great! They allow customers to park in a ridiculously spot when there are designated parking spots. For example, this vehicle was partially blocking the exit for drive-ins orders. The workers did not want to fix or put effort to even find out whose vehicle was this.

Prices are more expensive than other Dunkin’s my small coffee cost my the same as a medium does at other locations. I also asked for sweetened caramel in my coffee, I get the same thing every single time, they definitely did not add the sweet caramel even tho it was printed on the cup. To top it off the coffee was more luke warm than hot. I would have opted out and waited for the next dunkin to pass if I knew, will not return

Absolutely ridiculous. I made an online order for 50 munchkins and scheduled it for the next day at 7:35 AM. I went to pick it up because I got the notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at this location, not only was it not ready, the worker argued with me that it is impossible to schedule a pick up for the next day. How does that make any sense? I showed them my receipt as well as my notification that the order was ready but they still weren't taking it. I left, and because of how ridiculous it sounded I called them back, asking why they didn't have my order. They suddenly switched up their tone, telling me to COME BACK? when I LEFT? When i asked them if I can pick it up at another time because I have my own schedule to go to (as they wasted my time), they told me no, that I have to pick up right now. I hope to get a refund back and I won't be visiting again because of how utterly ridiculous this experience was.

The staff there are decent. The food is standard Dunkin Donuts food. One time I found a hair in my rainbow chocolate glazed donut, but I'm alive.It may look like no one is there at night, but it's open 24 hours. You might have to walk to the drive thru window to get someone if you go late at night.
