Was visiting a friend & placed an order on Uber Eats. There really is nothing special about the burger- other than the fact it was perfectly stacked. The soggy cajun fries were thrown into a paper bag drenched with oil.. Won't be returning unless it's to try a milkshake. For the quality of the meat- I'd rather save a few bucks & just hit up a Wendy's. .

I have been coming to this location since it opened. From 2017-2019, I was eating here around twice a week. When I went to college in 2019, I couldn't come as frequently.It was my favorite Five Guys location by far. I remember "Willens" and "Dave" had my order memorized, and would have the patties on the grill as soon as they saw me walk through the door.Of course, exceptional employees such as them won't stick around forever. When I came back from college, Willens and Dave were both gone.Long story short, last night I came in and had an amazing experience that took me back to my peak five guys days in 2018. Devon took my order and Morgan made it. I can not speak highly enough of the service I received.Morgan may have made the best five guys order I've ever had, and that's coming from someone who's eaten well over 1000+ patties from Five Guys.Both Morgan and Devon couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. Everyone is quick to complain when they get bad service, and I think it's important to point out when employees go above and beyond for you.I will start coming back to this location as much as I can (maybe not as much as my prime considering I'm now working in NYC), ESPECIALLY when I know Morgan and/or Devon are working.Thank you BOTH for the exceptional experience, I cannot wait to come back because of the effort & care they both put into my order.

Cashier is the worst ever , my order total was $17.18 but I have 17.17 ONE PENNY OFF! WON'T GIVE ME THE ORDERED UNTIL I FIND A PENNY! RIDICULOUS!!!! I FOUND .10 CENTS THEN HAVE THE CENTS BACK,.. SMH Kinshu L. Name ughhh what a bad customer service. I was ab to tip but changed my mind.

White girl with the fake nails literally stood there on her phone for five minutes while I waited in the pickup area when there was no other customers around. Meanwhile I see my foods there ready the whole time. I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t interrupt her and ended up having to ask the guy frying the burgers if my order was ready. She’s rude and should go.

Honestly, I went in as an Uber Eats driver to pick up an order and let me tell you, the service here is immaculate. Matt and one of the other employees was extremely welcoming. I appreciate everything they did for me. I can’t wait to go in to actually eat something this time!

Just received my my burger and fries today and it was the worst! The burger buns was completely saturated with oil and my patty was super dried and the French fries was soggy! Never ever again with 5 guys, sorry to say!

Everything about this place is amazing.. except the price. 3 single burgers, 3 small fries 2 drinks. $70ish.THATS INSANE!!!!!I can feed my family of 7 for that price at City Burger. Do businesses realize that EVERYTHING has gone up for the consumer??? I understand the need to make profit but this seems excessive. Needless to say, the visits will be extremely limited. Shame!
