Super Combinacion

Arroz Chaufa con Pollo
Peruvian style fried rice, mixed with scallion, eggs, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and chicken.
Lomo Saltado
Sauteed strip of tenderloin steak with onion, tomatoes, garlic, aji Amarillo, and soy sauce. Served with French fries and white rice.
Ceviche Mixto
Shrimp, calamari, octopus and raw corvina fish cured in lime juice and red-hot pepper, topped with red onions, served with corn and sweet potato.

I went at lunchtime when it was quiet but I imagine it would be a friendly place to go in the evening. The service was impeccable, the food absolutely delicious and the wine I chose very drinkable given Indo not know a thing about South American wine. I will return having found it - it is pricy but for that food it is well worth it.

We dined here and ordered the set menu. The food itself was very good - no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service let the experience down. Dishes were brought out without any explanation, and the wine was served at the wrong time, leaving us with two drinks at once. The waiter repeatedly rushed us, asking us to finish our plates, attempting to clear dishes before we were done instead of checking, and loudly smashing plates while clearing the table. I had noted on the reservation...

Visited Lima for date night. Lovely, friendly staff; comfortable seating and good background noise levels. The food was amazing, and I asked the waiter for the recipe for the pesto, which he and the chef described for me. I'm not big on desserts but even I loved the vanilla flan. Recommended for a cosy date night.
