Great place. Very chill atmosphere and friendly staff. You get a lot of food for what you pay for and the texture and freshness is on very good. I also think the seasoning is very nice. Some korean fried chicken places have very over powering flavors for me but this is just right that i can eat more of. I also like how non-greasy the fried chicken is.
My favs are the spicy chicken thigh burger, boneless dark meat, the corn dog and the sausage and rice cake skewers.
Couldn't recommend more! I've been to Chicken is Back a couple of times in the past, and got hit with a craving out of the blue, late in the afternoon, and dropped by. The spicy chicken sandwich is phenomenal; very filling, and the sauce is delicious; just spicy enough to provide a kick. The chicken is tender, but crispy.
My favorite, though, has to be the Volcano Fries. Fries buried and tenderized in lettuce, onions, jalapeno peppers, the tangy, spicy sauce, and extremely tender beef. I'm not a beef-lover, but theirs is incredible. It's a delicious combination easily shared by two.
I love coming back here, and definitely will again!
