Quality on food and service need improvement. No, we won’t be coming back again. When you see so many 1 star comments from their Korean customers, you know something wrong. Don’t buy their gift card, as it says you buy today you can only start to use it tomorrow. Don’t bother doing it. They have policy that says customers cannot bring kimchi home if they cannot finish in restaurant, well, they are not going to recycle those kimchi right? They seem to offer a free refill on kimchi as to improve the service. Now this refill paired with their policy worries me a bit. Fair rating is 3.

Healthy, tasty, and clean. It’s a well known restaurant in Korea. Quality ingredients used for all the food and generous portion. The flavors were amazing, elevating classic Korean dishes.

This place has easy parking, making it perfect for two people to sit down, chat, and enjoy a bowl of MD's soup in the winter. Pure bliss ；-）

We visited this restaurant to get takeout without knowing much about it and were absolutely delighted with the food. We got two of the soups and they were just delicious.

The quality of the food has gotten worse over time. The food started off as super tasty and flavorful, but is now just mediocre at best.

I came here with my boyfriend. He ordered bulgogi japchae, spicy beef soup, seafood pancake, & steamed dumplings. Food was ok, nothing crazy the only thing I liked was the steamed dumplings and clear noodles from the bulgogi dish. Service was so lovely, checked with us every 10mins, water was always filled up, gave us extra napkins when we didn't even ask and needed one, checked was delivered swiftly. Lovely music and everyone working smiled :)

Food is subpar. Waitress told us to be quiet when our group wasn’t even loud. Comment was so out of place. Rude customer service. Won’t be returning.

I got the galbi jjim and it wasn't as sweet as its supposed to be. Also the food was a bit overpriced.

We live close by and have wanted to try it since they opened. The food was very tasty and well prepared. The staff was attentive and very nice. I would like to go back and try some more dishes.

I want to say the service here was excellent, hence being happy to leave a tip that was as much as the food I ordered. I wanted to leave 4.5 stars because the grilled pork they gave me was a bit dry but, in all honesty everything else tasted excellent. Would be happy to come back.

Best dumplings I’ve ever had, and the rest of the menu was just as delicious!

This is just my personal opinion and experience. I came here with a group of friends for lunch. The food was great, but as customers you really need to pay close attention to your meals and service.

One of our dishes was forgotten, and only after we reminded the waiter did the waitress return, saying “give them another 10 minutes.” It was clear the order had been missed. On top of that, our waters were never refilled, even though staff passed by our table several times.

What began as a joyful lunch unfortunately turned a bit sour. Because of the lack of attention to service, we reflected that in the tip. As we left, a waiter even came outside to ask why a large party left such a low tip. We explained the situation, and he just went back in.

I understand a large group often means bigger tips — but it should also mean greater attention to service. For that reason, I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars: good food, but weak service.
