This place has become the slowest, least efficient Panera in a span of a few years… Ever since COVID, the service has gone down the tubes, and that is in large part due to incompetent management and super young hires (you can literally see how slow they work in the kitchen)
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH

As with most Panera Breads the ambience here is homey and cozy. The music might be a bit louder than I prefer but I usually plug in with my own earbuds after I settle in so it's not a huge issue. It's a nice place to sit and hang out with a cup of coffee. I dock points on the service though. On the one hand, when you need something and ask for it, the staff will quickly accommodate and they are very friendly and willing to fulfill your request. On the other hand, at 9am, the coffee pots should not all be empty and the customers should not have to request refills for them. And when a customer asks to refill the light roast, the staff should then just check all the other pots instead of the customers having to request those one by one.
The first time I observed this, I figured they were just busy, but this became my weekly spot for coffee and I observed this to be the case every time I went.

The slowest service of any Panera Bread I’ve been too, and I’ve been to a lot! And it wasn’t a one time thing. Every time I come to this location it takes soooo long to get my order. On the positive side, the food is delicious like every other Panera.

Store itself is nice. Free coffee for subscribers with a reasonable monthly fee.
Large dining area with plenty of tables and seats. Great atmosphere here.
The service was good (friendly staff, shout-out to Kaitlyn), the food came out fast, and it was delicious.

I love this Panera bread restaurant. There is a person working there called Gloria. She is excellent. She is fast and gets your order quickly and correctly.

Rude mamager...as noted by others as well. He literally told me that he doesn't work there. Other employees are great.
