Good place to order on the app and pick up without much wait. Nice staffs.
Toilet is filthy...changing pad for baby is disgusting...DO BETTER!!!
Nothing like feeling ignored for my race… I’ll never come in here again. I was nothing but pleasant when I came in and stood to order for more than 5 minutes at the counter to be ignored. When my order was finally taken, it was met with an eye roll before the total was called out. The general attitude and vibe of the staff was as though I was a terrible person for not being black.

Still over price coffee but may get more people now that Panera nearby is closing on 10/20/2025. Unless a Luckin coffee opens where Panera is lol.

Staff is ok but for starbucks music tends to be on the higher side. Also not really liking the new interior. Also don’t see the wireless chargers on table anymore they never used to work but would have been nice if they actually fixed them now that pretty much most phones support it. Coffee and food here is still over price.
Don’t order any kinds of coffee items on Monday, especially the day that the big black woman, with insidious attitude that target certain customer for fun and no reason by giving very very bitter coffee which probably from the old batch that even one sip is undrinkable and every single time I ask for a straw, she ignores me so I need to take it by myself. I really don’t like to face such insidious vibes every single time I order some drink being a customer who pays for that drink.
It’s not that this issue is only for that targeted person, but the issue of that possibility caused from that insidious person that shift the target and bringing down the reputation of that branch!!!

Mighty is absolutely amazing!! I made a mobile order to the wrong store and he took care of everything with the an empathy I haven’t seen a while. All other employees also supported on making sure I got my order right despite being my own mistake. Extremely thankful for such and amazing group.

Don't order food on the app. Every time I have I have to tell them when I get there and wait again for it to get made. This last time after I told them they took my food and gave it to someone who came after me and I had to tell them again. Are they not doing it? Are ppl stealing it before I get there? No clue. But 15 min wait after I placed my order on the app sucks.

Starbucks in Little Neck pleasantly surprised me. I usually avoid big coffee chains, but I was in a pinch and took my wife’s recommendation to try the Shaken Espresso. I had it with the blonde roast—since I’m not a fan of dark coffee—and was impressed by how smooth and refreshing it was. For anyone in the Little Neck area looking for a quick and satisfying pick-me-up, this Starbucks offers a solid option. Good drinks & store with hardworking baristas. Ayanna, Keke, Ashley, and Jason are all very hardworking and kind, remembering my regular order. Fast service and ample seating. I like the egg chairs. The natural lighting is a plus too.
…but this newer barista (I think her name is Renee?) is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. She always gives me and customers attitude for the smallest things :( I always feel like I’m being judged by her. If I see her on register, I will mobile order instead. She also is constantly touching her face or chewing gum and I’m scared of her making my drinks.
I’m writing this review because yesterday I saw her give a customer the middle finger. She needs to be retrained or fired!!!
