Good food, not so good service….
They gave back our 14% tip to our friends because it wasn’t at least 15% (we didn’t realize this because we had made a calculation error) and when our friends walked out to the car with the tip money they had been GIVEN back, the restaurant staff pulled us over asking for a “proper tip” and insinuated that our friends were thieves who ran out with the money even though the servers had GIVEN them the tip money back. Although the food was good we will not be returning.

Terrible service. Waiter made a fuss about tips and then accused customers of “stealing” the tips. When my party left a 14% tip, our waiter said it wasn’t enough, and then handed it back as we left. When we exited, the same guy held back half of the party and claimed that “our friends” (heavy sarcasm) took the tip money from the table. Yall GAVE the money back to us on our way out?

Customers are required to pay 18%+ tips for midsized parties at a BUFFET restaurant, or they won’t let you leave. (This was completely hidden, listed nowhere in the restaurant). And we received so little service it did not deserve an 18% tip!!!

Food quality was decent. But the service was absolutely unacceptable, this needs to be addressed!!

Great spot for AYCE hot pot!! It was delicious. The meat is plentiful and the options for the buffet are abundant. Great for families!

I went here two days ago with my brother. The frozen fish ball aisle was not frozen, rather de thawed but alright. The beef and pork meatballs tasted off. The following day, my brother became ill and I now have the runs. I guess don't eat here around 7/8pm.

Best of the best if you are into hotpot or shabushabu!
Strongly recommend!

Good hot pot selection. There are no longer any eggs!

While it does not have all you can eat on their meat selection, it does offer all you can eat on their other food selections such as veggies, noodles, fishballs, and more. Honestly, though, they're some of the best tasting veggies combined with their all you can eat sauce selections. It makes me not mind not having all you can eat meat. But when you do order meat it tastes better than some other all you can eat hot pot selections. And as mentioned before the sauces are all you can eat as well and are some of the best tasting, especially since they allow you to mix and build it yourself.

Besides the food the over location had simple enough set up tha was nice and clean looking. Their bathrooms looked especially nice but they are downstairs. Luckily, they do have handicap bathrooms on the ground floor if needed.

Lastly the service is quite prompt but sometimes if the place is busy it may be harder to get a server depending on where you are Seated. Though it isn't to bad of a wait.

Overall the place is actually quite great in terms of quality and has a decent price especially if you aren't eating to much of their meat.

One of the better AYCE hot pot spots around. Not everything is included in the AYCE -- the proteins are a la carte -- but almost everything else is available at the buffet. Similar to Spring in Flushing.

Lovely AYCE Hot Pot in Little Neck. Huge selection overall , nice staff, ample private parking lot and very reasonably priced.

My only suggestion would be the sauce station to cover it up. I witnessed few customers hovering over the station and one was coughing. Not very hygienic.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. An amazing selection of veges (crown daisy, beans, sprouts, watercress, etc.), noodles(mung bean, ramen, udon etc), frozen seafood, and meat balls… the list goes on! What a bargain for $18.99 specially if you are vegetarian, what variety!

Today i added lamb and blue crab which i thought was a reasonable up charge.

Vanilla ice cream was also included as well as a jelly like dessert.
Love the spacious ambiance as well as the murals.
The restrooms are clean, modern & beautiful although they are down a flight of steps. Parking is aplenty too.

Vegetarian options: All u can eat buffet has plenty of vegetarian options- taro, variety of mushrooms, i believe they had vegetarian fish balls, plenty of green veges…

I am not Asian and this was my first time trying hot pot. I had no idea what I was doing. My 10 year old dragged me to this place because he saw hot pot on YouTube. Anyway, we picked this place. I will say the staff is amazing. I personally did not like this hot pot stuff at all. You could not pay me to go back. We were the only non Asian in there so I am sure it’s super authentic. everyone was filling up their plates with veggies and seemed to be enjoying their food. I’m the type of person that doesn’t want to cook my food and add spices and seasonings for taste. I want it done for me. So this place is a hard pass. I would rather go for Chinese and order a wonton soup and call it a day.
