It's a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. I love the fact that have vegan cheese for the pizza and vegan crust options. The homemade regular crust is delicious and dairy free.

Food is absolutely terrible. Staff is friendly. The place is beautiful. We ordered a burnt tiny pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. The salad comes with a whole head of romaine you have to cut up yourself in a small bowl and topped with some kind of donut hole look alikes without the glaze (I’m guessing it’s their poor attempt at croutons), 5 bacon bits, and a dusting of cheese. The chicken on the salad looked like it would instantly give me salmonella and was cooked in the microwave. I didn’t even try it. Also, if I wanted to cut up a whole head of romaine I would have stayed home to eat. The pizza was so burnt you couldn’t taste anything else on it. For how expensive the food is, it was very disappointing how terrible it was. I’d only go there for drinks and the scenery, we will never return for their food again.

Cool place but worst customer service I've ever experienced! I had been to this location several times since it opened and enjoyed it however when I visited a few months back it was horrible and I won't go back. I went a week after they lost their liquor license however I did not know about it. The hostess sat me at a table and never mentioned it. On the table was instructions on using a QR code to access the menu and place your order. No server approached us (late afternoon, hardly any customers) so we ordered drinks and apps by using the QR code. Your manager (young woman, very unfriendly) came over and matter of factly told us that there was only beer available as we could clearly see from the menu. Nope....no note or information anywhere stating they lost their liquor license. When asked about my charge that already went through for my drinks, She rudely stated that it was up to me to dispute it with my credit card company! She also stated that I should've waited for a server even though the instructions on the table directed us to order on line and no server came to the table during the 20 minutes it took us to navigate the app. As a former server myself, I suggested a few ways they could've avoided this situation but she didn't want you to hear any of it. She offered many excuses and no apologies. She had zero customer service skills and was snarky. I was so dumbfounded by the whole experience that I stopped into your EVL location and talked to the manager there. She was not surprised to hear of my complaints of the Little Valley location and quickly rectified the situation by apologizing and offering complimentary products. I was not looking for free stuff and did not accept it, I just wanted someone to be aware of the terrible customer experience I had at the Little Valley EBC. It's too bad because I am a seasonal local and visit the area restaurants frequently but this place is now crossed off of my list. I will continue to go to the EVL EBC.

Awesome. Set back for outside eating. Bands play. Bar entrance and game room within walking distance from patio. Food and drinks pricey. Waitresses very friendly and attentive. The scenery is relaxing

This place seems great. And I never leave bad reviews. But one thing that is a pet peave for me is a place that closes wayyy earlier than their posted hours. I was there last Friday at 8pm sharp and told they were closed.I am in this area often enough, and really want this super amazing new place to do well. Next time I'm out, if they are open, I'll leave a review based on that experience.
I think for it to qualify as a restaurant they actually have to deliver food to the table.Update: happy to provide details if you could provide contact info.

The Scarlet Vetter says....This place is fabulous. I have been to a few events here now and had a great time and delicious food at all of them. The bar is open and airy and the drinks generous. The artisian pizzas are mouth watering. At a recent event they served vegetarian and meat options and they just kept coming. Crisp and chewy crusts, wonderful flavors and visually stunning. Their craft beers are worth the trip alone. I wish this location was open more hours. I would definately make a special trip for this one, it will not dissapoint.

1 star review based on what we paid vs what we got.Wish I went to Bear Brick instead.Beef on wick pizza tasted like the wet bread of a bad cold cut sandwich, like the whole pizza no texture no flavor other then white wet bread, nothing like beef on wick. The meat was not right, and no horse radish sauce ?.Also the pizza was 70% crustThe burger and fries are good. Really Good fries. But about the same size as a Wendie's small.do not order the Strawberry pizza desert. Again 80% crust (see photo)But just before we leave they bring use another dish Which we did not order.(strangely 15min after our desert we ordered if we order it at the same time they should have brought it out at the same time, it was easier and quicker to make then the strawberry pizza).The waiter was nice outside of this mistake.(but now thinking about it she did mishear everything we said when ordering *shrugs.)ex By partner did not want to confront them about this, even though we got billed on the receipt for it.Got a whole flight sampler nothing great, very drinkable they all tasted like flavor additives to the same base Vienna lager. But the black jack stout was best.
