Ordered from this place several times had 2 issues first time resolved with much respect i asked for no cheese as my boyfriend is allergic and they accidentally put cheese but quickly refunded the order today i order a chicken Philly with no mushroom i was picking mushrooms out my food and eventually called them when i seen too much and asked for a refund for just the Philly the attitude eliane gave me was horrible i had to drive back with my sick child to get my order refunded and the owner stated he wasn’t sorry and that all he seen was one mushroom which was put in my food by accident absolutely bad customer service poor attitudes over 15 dollars 15 dollars i will never go here again !!!!!

Love their Mac and Cheese selections, my favs are Cheeseburger and Sicilian. Their pizza is really good also. If I had anything that they could improve on is the attitude of their counter people. They can be short and look miserable. I get it help is hard to find, but a smile here or there goes a long ways.

Food is amazing and portions are huge. Reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because if you order online you are directed to their app which charges you and does not put the order through. Consequently when I came to pick up my order and even through I received a confirmation/order number, they had no record of it and they required me to pay a second time if I wanted the order. They did though promise to credit me if a second charge appeared - but I am still waiting for the second charge to fall off my account and it has been pending now for 3 days. Antonio's admitted they have problems with the app, so why hasn't it been fixed? Instead it has become a gross inconvenience I am still dealing with. Either fix the app or delete it!

March 8, 2024 @ around 3:30pm I decided to order a"Cajun Chicken Salad!" I ordered from Antonio's a couple years ago and the salad was PHENOMENAL!!"Not so good now! Not sure if Covid took the joy out of cooking, but my chicken (which wasn't Cajun) was hard as a BRICK and NOT FRESH and NOT GRILLED!!"I tried to spruce it up, but while chewing rocks it wasn't beneficial!"Well... sad to say "RIP" Antonio's we enjoyed some good times in the past, not so much for the present.

Friendly and attentive workers. $15 and 10 minutes for a large and tasty cheese pizza. Always love this spot. Have had a thinner crust here before which I usually prefer but the flavor is still always so good.
Used to be a go to but no more. Poor service after something was wrong.

Awesome pizza shop in Bayberry plaza. I can’t wait for their catering business to open so that we can order from here for any of our family gatherings. My opinion is that this is secretly the best pizza place in the Syracuse area.

Antonio's was very clean and the staff was great. I had ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and shrimp. You already know how it tasted which is why I am going again. I can still taste the flavor of that wonderful salad. The calzones are worth the price too. They were very enjoyable and LARGE.
