We've gotten takeout 3 times from this location. It's always the same. The cooks (not chefs) are stingy on sauces and ingredients, and it's expensive for what you get. It's not coming out of their paycheck. I'm convinced they do this to keep customers from coming back, so they can make easy money. Don't eat here unless you want to get ripped off.

Had to send the steak back as it was rare, and medium well was the order. Steak came back out and all that was done was they browned it on the side that was cut into. Steak was still rare. Update : went back tonight and they made it right. The waiter Fred was amazing. The food came out hot, and cooked perfectly. The tast was everything you could hope for.

The Applebees on Route 31 tonight was the worst experience ever. Waited over an hour just for my main dish to be served. Had to ask the waitress when our food was coming. Sat in the restaurant for two hours in frigid cold temperatures for a restaurant. I understand it’s summer but having the room temperature set to below 50 degrees is ridiculous. Then to top of my food was luke warm to cold. Do better because never again.

I made the mistake of ordering the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also had a Caesar salad. I should have asked for the dressing on the side. It was so drenched in dressing I couldn’t finish it. The chicken was like rubber. Broccoli barely cooked. Ill go back but never order this again

Worst Applebee's around litterly stood at the door with my 3 family members for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Sat by the manager and the server never came to our table we waited 20 mins in total and only ever saw the manager 1 time. So we left Texas road house for the win 100000 millions times better than Applebee's.

The smell of the food is disgusting and the kitchen staff has taken way too long to cook such little amount of food for a GrubHub delivery when there's barely anyone in the lobby. So it isn't that busy.
