I first want to say the food is not bad at all. Very flavorful. The issue is the restaurant is old, dirty and needs updating. The carpets are filthy. The walls needs painting. Unorganized. I ordered take out and was staying in a hotel, they did not give me silverware. No forks or anything. I could not eat my dinner. I had to get them from the lady downstairs in the lobby. I shouldn't have too, by the time I got upstairs the food was cold. The restaurant needs an update immediately and if the seating area looks like this, i wonder what the kitchen looks like.

To be honest, this place was just okay. I would give it 3.5 stars. The food is decent, but not spectacular. They got my order wrong twice in a row. I ordered out twice and dined in twice because I kept hoping it would get better. They should play music in the restaurant, otherwise we were conscious of conversations being interrupted. The best dish was Pad Thai. One dish is enough for 2 meals, but still felt overpriced at around $21/dish. I'm looking forward to when they open their sushi bar, because I love sushi!

Really liked Bangkok Thai. The Tom Kha soup was outstanding. I'd go back just for that. The pineapple curry was delicious and medium spicy was just right. The Thai iced tea was very good. My family all liked their meals. The service was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

The food is very good but the service is quite terrible. Last time I went there a young kid was the only one in front of house wearing crocs and pajamas. The slowest service I've encountered in quite some time.

I tried Bangkok Thai out and I have to say I was not impressed. First off I ordered a lunch special pad thai. I received a combo. No where on the menu was a informed that this was a combo. I thought it was a lunch portion of pad thai. It was 12.50. That’s an expensive lunch for what I got.So what it came with was a cheap egg fried rice, if I wanted rice I would have ordered that. It came with an under fried spring roll and some dessert. It slso came with a soup which had 1 piece of baby corn, a slice of mushroom, and one small block of tofu.My pad thai, the item I wanted, was reduced in size.I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

Ordered the chicken Gang Dang, which is a red curry dish with chicken. Overall it had great flavor and was prepared well. The Thai tea was delicious and the egg roll that came with it tasted good as well.

If you are looking for the best Thai food around the Syracuse area, this Liverpool location is amazing! I have tried several Thai places now and Bangkok is the best. The place makes you feel like you are away from Syracuse for a moment. We had the Crispy Thai it's sweet like honey and my husband had shrimp pad Thai. I've had the chicken one before. They are all amazing, however the crispy Thai signature dish is my new favorite. For an app we had the fried egg roll and dessert the cheesecake. All amazing!

One of the two best Thai restaurants in town. Food always seems very fresh and well prepared. If you're looking for heavily "westernized" Thai food, this isn't it. Leans more toward traditional which is what I enjoy. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Had a good dining experience here, our food was tasty and fresh, the service was awesome. The only reason it's 4 star is because I've had the best Thai in the world and I have to compare it to the top! I recommend this place for solid Thai

This was my 1st visit. I was so excited to try it as I’ve always heard positive reviews. I ordered Chicken Pad Prig Pow which had hardly any chicken and not the vegetables that were listed on the menu. Worst part is every bite tasted like I was eating a cup of salt. Sorry Bangkok I really wanted to like your food.
