Bands on Webpage state Rock Music! New bar manager booking dinner music only! Horrible poor waitress everyone walked out! This place use to be packed! Hotel guests asking for money back. Sadly I'd never stay in hotel when bar won't book good music. Last year could barley get into lounge. Rooms booked! Band was meant for a dinner venue no dancing no business.

Not going to lie, I could drink my weight in that maple mustard sauce. The maple mustard chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite. Just wish they sold that sauce to-go or at least the recipe. I’d buy it

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are heaven to sleep in. The breakfast buffet is worth it. Fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, fruit and cereal for the picky kids. They even offer omelettes to order which is really amazing. Billy and Kim were working the buffet and they were super attentive to my little boy. It's his 10 months and this was just perfect! Staff is always so kind and attentive. I love my quick get aways here because I know what to expect and am never disappointed. Definitely recommend!

Beds were terribly firm. Woke up with stiff backs. Room was gross when we arrived. Two dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Grime built up around shower door on the floor. Stains on the carpet around the bed. And then to top it off we paid $14 per person for the worst breakfast I've ever had a a hotel. The food options were the same as the competitors free complimentary breakfast. But the food was dry, stale and overcooked. Nothing good to say about this place.

Coming back to the Holiday Inn and Suites is like coming home after a long trip. I love the staff, the accommodations, and the restaurant! Thank you for "being there" when I need help with my travels. Love this place!

This is my second time staying here. My husband and I travel here for our IVF cycle. All the staff seemed genuinely sincere in their wishes to us. I want to give a special shout-out to Cam and Rae! I still remember the breathing exercises she showed me. Holiday Inn you made a great decision hiring Cam!

Once again the Holiday Inn Syracuse Airport provides five star service. The staff from Michelle(operations supervisor) , Margaret, and Billy, Kim, and Darren at the breakfast buffet were beyond amazing. The new breakfast buffet provides an enormous assortment of some of the best breakfast food I've ever had. The service was amazing. I recommend it for patrons staying at the hotel or just driving by. You can't beat the price at just $12.99!

The room was very clean, spotless! Heating worked great. However, remember to wear something in your feet between the bed space and bathroom because the floor tiles can be pretty cold. I really enjoyed the live music and entertainment at open mic Tuesday night. Lovely to see all the people singing, dancing and enjoying a fun time. The waitress had a remarkable memory (standing ovation) and she was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for your hospitality Cam, Rae, Billy and Kim! The breakfast was very delicious and Billy made the BEST omelette. Please don’t forget to have one for breakfast. All in all, lovely place to visit. Thank you Holiday Inn Syracuse team!

We split a maple burger and onion rings for dinner. It was just enough to fill us up before bed and not waste any food. We were there on a Friday night and unbeknownst to us they had a band in their playing it was very loud and not something I really wanted to listen to after traveling all day so we ended up taking our food to our room. I don't know if this isn't every Friday thing or what.
