Stopped in to pick up lunch and was very impressed. The corned beef sandwich was amazing, and the bread was also wonderful and clearly very fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to check on ingredients when asked about allergens. Definitely generous portions and DO NOT skip the pickles!

Staff here are very nice and accommodating. Super clean. Can accommodate a lot of people. Wish the entrance and exit were two separate points.

I’ve ordered here three times and have requested hot Italian peppers each time and either get tomatoes or don’t get the peppers at all.
The food is great, but it's very aggravating that the employees aren’t able to add a topping.

Disappointed with this Brooklyn pickle as compared to others. The girl waiting on us was very rude and short with my family and I which did not make us feel welcome. Service was slow and the workers did not seem to be focused on the customers and more about having personal conversations while people waited in line for someone to call them forward even though there were cashiers free. It just seems like there is a lack of leadership at this store compared to the other Syracuse shops. The restaurant did not have pepper relish and I did not get pickles with my sandwich as promised….at Brooklyn PICKLE. I will go to the other Brooklyn pickles before I return to this one. Not impressed and wasn’t a good impression for my family who travelled from out of town.

The Brooklyn pickle is one of the best sandwich shops around. Their sandwiches are gigantic, however, you can get a half. if you’re hungry, getting a Brooklyn pickle sandwich will fill you right up plus you can get salads, soups, and desserts.
