I ordered the BBQ brisket whopper jr, I got a cheese burger that looked like all the toppings had been scraped off... no crunchy onions, barely any brisket... if I wanted a cheeseburger, I would have ordered one, I wanted a bbq brisket burger... my tummy is so disappointed đ

The food was OK normal for the name of the place. The staff was friendly efficient however, if I would have seen this before I ordered, we wouldâve never eaten here. The dust was so thick and disgusting on the signs above the counter and everywhere so gross. It has been there for years not days. You cannot tell me that that dust does not fall onto Food Come on management do better store management and where is the district manager? I would never ever eat here again, and I would never ever recommend this place again because of that itâs pure laziness.

The food was OK same as normal for a Burger King staff was friendly and efficient. However, it was disgustingly dirty. The dust was so thick on the signs above the counter. You cannot tell me that dust does not fall into the food. If I had seen that before we ordered there is no way I wouldâve eaten anything from this restaurant. That dust has been there for years not days come on management. Where is this district manager? Where is the main manager? Youâve got to see this. Itâs pure laziness get with it. Your employees were not that busy that they cannot dust. Come on.

I stopped through the drive through around 9pm or 9:30. Had to put my dog to sleep yesterday so understandably didn't feel like cooking or doing much. Thought I'd pick up Burger King on the way home so eating was one less thing I'd have to worry about.
Pulled into BK as 1 other car was pulling into the drive through ahead of me. He ordered food and a coffee (which presumably is what took so long.) I made my order and then waited in line behind the guy for a good 20+ minutes before it was my turn to get up to the window and pay and grab my food.
My fault for not checking my order but I was kind of on auto pilot. It wasn't a hard order so I just assumed it would be right.
I ordered a burger, 2 of the honey mustard snack wraps (which were correct) then I also ordered 2 of the 12 piece mozzarella fries (the guy taking my order even confirmed I wanted the 12 piece vs the 8 piece.) I ordered 2 large fries. I only recieved 1 of the 8 piece spicy mozzarella fries and 1 order of French fries which were poured upside down in the bag spilled all over. So was missing both my mozzarella fries and an order of french fries. Didn't realize it until I drove home and got out the food to eat with my friend. Ended up giving him the food as my entire half of the order was missing.
Icing on the cake of a shitty day. The cashier taking my order at the drive through was very friendly though so that's the only nice thing I can say

I ordered through the app, it wasnât ready when I got there and they gave me 2 wrong (other peoples) orders, despite ordering through app, they did apologize that they accidentally gave my food to someone else, it took 25 minutes to get a sandwhich and fries, I just donât get it, wonât be back here.

13 minutes for a dine in order, food was old, drive thru was served quickly watched all the cars and orders go out. do not recommend
I've had multiple issues with this BK but tonight tops the cake. I went through drive thru and got a Bacon Cheeseburger plain with extra cheese. Pulled away and went to take a bite. Bacon Cheeseburger with everything on it, plus Mayo. Its another special sandwich maybe the just grabbed the one with the slip and assumed. Drove back around and told them. They said yep sorry got it right here. Plain with extra cheese. Pulled up got it, drove away. Sandwich made wrong again. This time no mayo, but not plain. At this point now I just want my burger. One wonderful all beef patty with bacon, covered in extra american cheesy goodness. As I pulled up to the window I said jokingly 3rd times the charm. They said just plain. Cheese, bacon and the burger I said correct. A couple minutes go by and then she returns to the window to ask me if I still wanted bacon on it. âď¸ out BK. Be better.
