I'm not a person who complains but when I went there for an ice cream sundae and they didn't have any toppings and gave me a bowl of ice cream and said it was a sundae , I'll never go back

Don't bother ordering from The Byrne Dairy on Buckley/Henry Clay boulevard they are clueless a. Last time we ordered they got the sandwiches all wrong and they forgot my son's sandwich and he had to go back. This time we ordered 2 Reubens which are supposed to be hot sandwiches and they were both ice cold. I called to complain and they hung up on me.
Good selection of your typical items you find at your convenient store plus very good sandwiches and pizza. And the parking lot and building condition is in overall good condition.Please note that going here during the weekday the customer service from the young kids working there is questionable. They rather chit-chat with each other than promptly serving the customers waiting in line. And for no reason one if the workers was condescending and disrespectful to me during my check out process. Same experience happend at the 491 Electronics Pkwy store location. I think I'll stick with Speedway stores since I usually get better customer service there.

I stopped daily for coffee before work. Empty coffee pots are the norm,broken creamer machine always,coffee utensils sparse.Stopped going there and go to Stewerts down the road now
