Has to be the worst Byrne Dairy in the chain. Never seem to have food ready during rush times. Some food is very dry, while other stores always seem to have fresh food. Always have to wait in line while other employee's stand around or right next to the other register. Parking lot is always filled with trash blown all over. The inside probably has not been moped since it was open. I live two blocks away and will often times go to the one on electronics

I come to order a few burgers at 3:15 am no problem at any other location...first i pull up and one woman is outside smoking i walk onto the store and there is a gentleman inside seems to be high and confused! I ask cAn you make me 5/6 burgers and he had to go outside to ask the woman . He comes back inside and states you must buy 12 burgers otherwise i cannot make them for you! Only offering to make me a sandwich...im not sure who is in charge of this place but these people are very unproffessional amd rude. And since when can you refuse a paying customer

Possibly the worst Byrne Dairy I have ever visited. Zero consistency with customer service. The young woman who works nights closes the deli most nights. I have complained about the service and the manager gave an excuse about how lazy young people are. Sounds like corporate needs to do a cleanup. ?

This store even though it is supposed to be 24 hrs they aren't open over nights and have a hand written sign in door saying closed until 4am

The wife and ABSOLUTELY AVOID the south bay rd location in Cicero when we go out for ice-cream and after tonight...Now we will never go to the one on brewerton rd in Mattydale. It's always an issue with staff greetings and helping us. The location in Liverpool on electronics just gained a few more customers! Fantastic job by Alaysia! (Hope it's spelled right). Greetings as we came in the store, asked if we wanted ice-cream, was patient, and VERY FRIENDLY! A+!

Theyre good and reasonable price

I have never had such horrible customer service as I have had at the Byrne Dairy on Old Liverpool Rd. Several times I called in and order a pizza, when I go to pick it up no one knows about the order and it hasnt been made. I confirm with them that I called the correct number. The last straw was when I went in a week ago to get a slice, I asked the young lady if she would please put the slice in the oven as I like my pizza hot not warm. She looked at me and said NO, she didnt see a reason to why she had to do that. She would not give me her name or the manager's name. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

If I could give it no stars I would. Always old pizza looks dry and hard as rock, employees are nowhere to be found & when you find them they are rude especially the ones on Friday and Saturday nights. Went in tonight and big female employee never wants to make food. Says ovens are off, apparently always off. The worst Byrne Dairy in the area.

The advertise open 24/7 but they close at like 10:00..

Avante served my friend and I at the cash register and happily got us soft serve ice cream at 10:30 pm. He made our day! He also provided great customer service and has restored my hope in Byrne Dairy store employees.
