I have never had such horrible customer service as I have had at the Byrne Dairy on Old Liverpool Rd. Several times I called in and order a pizza, when I go to pick it up no one knows about the order and it hasnt been made. I confirm with them that I called the correct number. The last straw was when I went in a week ago to get a slice, I asked the young lady if she would please put the slice in the oven as I like my pizza hot not warm. She looked at me and said NO, she didnt see a reason to why she had to do that. She would not give me her name or the manager's name. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Always old pizza looks dry and hard as rock, employees are nowhere to be found & when you find them they are rude especially the ones on Friday and Saturday nights. Went in tonight and big female employee never wants to make food. Says ovens are off, apparently always off. The worst Byrne Dairy in the area.

Avante served my friend and I at the cash register and happily got us soft serve ice cream at 10:30 pm. He made our day! He also provided great customer service and has restored my hope in Byrne Dairy store employees.

Oh would highly recommend Byrne dairy for coffee! It's much cheaper than Starbucks and honestly, much tastier! I love the refill mugs and recommend people go here. I am a regular and plan to remain that way! Highly recommend.

I stop in here occasionally and almost never see the same person at the register twice. Which is not a big deal but it also seems like about 50% of them have no clue about any of the deals they have, like two donuts and coffee for $2.99. The register should just be programmed to give it to you automatically if they're not going to train the help something so basic.
Staff is rudest I have ever encountered. Went in for two milkshakes and an older female was throwing f-bombs the ENTIRE time she was making the milkshakes and another male employee said "take your anger out on the milkshakes". We could hear all this from behind the counter. On top of that the same male employee was talking to another and she "have you ever watched the movie Waiting?". We were not being rude or mean at all to staff. All we did was ask for milkshakes. Will not be going back. Worst experience ever and she didn't even try to make the milkshakes, they were disgusting. So disappointed.

Long line but somewhat quick. Other Byrne's are worst. Although for some reason most other gas station s are not as bad. Product was fine. Ok prices. Nice staff.

Wonderful food and workers! I was here the other day and talked to a few workers and even the DM, everyone was very friendly! I ordered pizza and wings, food was cooked very fast and tasted delicious!
