“First off this is the best KFC I’ve been to after trying multiple locations, I went today and I gotta give a comment to Billy for being such a kind person that made sure my food was good and nice an hot. I really appreciate his kindness and going above and beyond with my order today. This KFC has the best fries hands down, they make them perfect and taste soo good! I would highly recommend giving this KFC a try and believe me you won’t be disappointed. The biscuits are even nice and hot as well as fluffy, the chicken taste soo good that can’t help going back for more. Again, thank you Billy for all that you did for me because my son was vary happy and even ate all his food in like 5 minutes lol. Try this KFC but I’m shocked their rating is low when I give it a 5/5!

“Food is great, IMO. Pretty standard for KFC, and I know some folks will shout praise about Popeyes being better, but I think KFC's Extra Crispy is really good. Just say no to Original Recipe. 🙃

Inside is very nicely decorated, and always clean. Photo attached of the main counter area. The wet floor signs are there because there were 4 inches of snow that day, though I suppose some might argue they should get some floor mats instead. But it seemed fine.

Service wait time can be hit or miss. Usually I'm not waiting too long (less than 5 mins), but other times there's a long delay. The last time I was there, I ordered a dinner chicken bucket online in advance (5PM on a Saturday) and it said my food should be ready in ~25 minutes. I showed up a little past the estimated time, waited as they took someone else's order, and then they told me my food was still cooking. But then I waited another 30 minutes before they finally brought it out. Yeesh.

I guess it was kinda busy (?), but in the 30 minutes I was waiting there 2 people got their orders ahead of me, plus another 2 I think in the drive-thru. I know fried chicken isn't as fast as microwaving burgers, but waiting a full hour for food is still rough. Be wary of when you order and/or be prepared for a wait, I guess.

Parking: 10+ convenient spaces in front, plus it wraps around for the drive-thru.“

“My order was obviously pre made. Just not sure how long it was sitting there? But, it was still decent. The service there has always been top notch. Not one complaint. One time, a side was missing. It was quickly corrected with a free side and a truthful apology. Thumbs up, KFC Crew.“

“We arrived after someone with a very big order apparently. We had to wait much longer than typical but the good part was that the manager recognized the situation and got things caught up. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the wait. It wasn't just a throwaway phrase. I appreciated that.“

“4/17/24 last night I went into the camillus kfc and the people working were amazing all very professional and the chicken was amazing it wasn’t greasy and didn’t taste like it was a day old like it has in the past it was fresh and tasted amazing the manager was a total sweetheart I mean with the new deal that is going on with $10 deal“

“My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.“
