Much like most of the other posts I’m reading the mobile ordering here is atrocious. On multiple occasions, I have ordered pickup and arrived 10-15 minutes past the pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes while they make orders for the people that are arriving. Finally someone comes to ask my name. They don’t even go to check and go to make another order from another customer in line. I waited until they served 5 people that arrived after me. Then a second person asked my name and surprise my food was done and cold. Not coming back here as this has happened probably a half dozen times now.

Got last minute dinner for the fam to go last friday night and was pleasantly surprised! My chicken was great, tender, flavorful. The rest of the meals were good too.
On service: the guy took the bay leaf out of my rice instead of just moving along. I thanked him. Every other time i order from this location we have at least one bay leaf. Thank you for elevating service!

Always dirty at this store, trash is ALWAYS overflowing. There are never clean tables, chairs, floors, etc.. There is never any silverware and the brisket (which is 4 dollars more) is just chunks of fat, not worth the extra charge. Ordered extra fajita veggies on my burrito bowl and got exactly 2 uncooked pieces of onion and exactly 2 uncooked pieces of green pepper.. I keep giving this store chances and they keep disappointing me. I don't think i will be returning to this location period.

I try to do reviews after a few trips, so one experience doesn't skew everything. You would think a Chipotle with a very long line would mean good things. However, I've been to this location 3-4 times now and every time, it hasn't been great. Always, half the chips in my bag are completely stale, like they've been sitting out for a day or two. Also, because of the long order line, and pickup line, a lot of disgruntled customers that just make for a bad atmosphere and experience. And it really doesn't seem to bother the staff or the manager. They just let things happen. Other than the chips, the food is all the same, but I've never spent so much time inside a Chipotle, when I wasn't eating there. This location just takes too long on everything.

I just started going to this chipotle since I recently moved here, and its one of the cleanest chipotles ive ever been too. The service is good and the servings sizes are always big and not scampy.
I had ordered a bowl yesterday, and it was one of the best chipotle bowls I've ever had. They were swamped, but the food was delicious nonetheless. It was so good that I went back today. I ordered the exact same bowl and it just is awful. The fajita veggies taste like the grill top, and some pieces of the chicken have so much salt in them my eyes are watering, and there was a very small amount of cheese on half the bowl. Unfortunately this location just seems unreliable for the quality of the meal you're going to get.

Nice flavor, food was cold! Updated review: 9/20/24. Ordered online and my order was ready long time after. I understand they were busy, but why was my bowl fill only half way? Why did I get $7 worth of food when I paid $15? There literally 3 small pieces of meat and bunch of cheese. Almost no rice, little beans and no lettuce as I ordered. I did not have the time or energy to go back and return this, but certainly I’m extremely disappointed and feel robbed.

I love having His hair hanging over my food as he makes it with huge attitude. Should have some hair regulations serving food to people. And maybe they should teach him to stop giving attitude. Or he gonna keep getting attitude back from me 🤷♂️. All tables are dirty and when we asked to get a wipe so we can clean out self. They said we will be right there. Waited 10 min. Food was cold by then

Just left this Chipotle 20 minutes before they close and I have never had a better experience anywhere in my life ever. Charles, Alaina, Zach, and Carter were the most genuine people I’ve ever met in my life. It absolutely made my entire week to talk to them for 10 minutes with so many laughs. The service was absolutely incredible and they are so kind. If you’re questioning whether or not this Chipotle is the right choice for you, IT IS. Never going to a different location ever again. Love this!
