I’m going to be honest, this place is absolutely filthy. I’m surprised the health inspector isn’t being notified. I’ve come many times, years ago this place never looked like this. The staff is lazy, and that’s me just being honest. There are never options, the floor is crusted in food, the garbage is filled to the brim, nothing is clean…it’s just a mess. I heard chipotle pays well, but man, if I’m being honest management doesn’t deserve that check nor do the employees. Yikes. Just to top it off, I saw vomit on the toilet and the wall? What?? Will be making the 20 minute drive to the one near OCC college because they at least don’t have bugs.

I have visited this location 3 times before deciding to write this review. It’s 12:20pm and they don’t have ANY rice or vegetables. The food prep area was a mess and the chicken was cut into pieces so small it was damn near the size of peas. When I brought my concerns to the staff I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. This isn’t the first time this has happened that they’re out of things during lunch hour. They’re consistently out of veggies and chicken.

The food was fresh! Everything was spot on! The sauce was amazing! The sauce had just enough heat but, it had real awesome flavor! I found out that they do have freezer here. That means everything is fresh! Moe's is a swing and a miss. Chipotle is a homerun!

Did a mobile order and just a little upset because I didn’t get any sour cream or vinaigrette with my salad so it is just a super dry salad bowl. I also use my free meal coupon, so I feel like that was kind of a waste.Edit: I reached out to chipotle and they gave me my free entrée back. Super quick and understanding.

There was only one employee preparing food orders and cashing customers out. There was another employee "monitoring" blackening steak on the flat grill. This resulted in a long wait, for overpriced, over cooked food. My side of guacamole also had bits of black/brown in it, most likely from sitting out too long.
