I went here yesterday for seafood and it was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. They mixed up my order with someone else’s, sent that person out the door with my food, then actually had him come back so we could swap bags. That alone was unbelievable, but it got worse. When he returned, the lady asked if I wanted my food remade, and of course I said yes.
What I didn’t know is that nothing was remade at all. They took the same exact bag of food that had already left the building, disappeared for a few minutes, and then brought it right back out like I wouldn’t catch on. That’s beyond unprofessional. It’s disgusting.
Crab N Go is absolutely not worth spending your money at. The seafood is low quality, the service is careless, and based on what I saw, it really feels like they reuse food just to save money. That is a major red flag.
The quality is awful, the handling is unsafe, and the whole situation is a health risk waiting to happen. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs because you will end up sick messing around with a business like this. This place needs a serious health inspection and should be completely shut down for how they operate.

But let them the place designing a little bit more cost and start to take the ultra white light to replace it with a bit more warm light, say 4000k or 3500k. The 6500 k light makes it very clinical.

Crab and go is a great place to go for a crab boil/seafood boil. they have great choices and it is very accommodating to any changes that you wanna make to your meal. I feel like it’s the best crab boil in the Syracuse area overall.

Crab N Go is always good. The seafood was tasty as always, everyone enjoyed their chosen sauce flavors, and the service was great. Price was very reasonable for the amount seafood received. Atmosphere is great, but its not that kind of place and that is fine with us. Its nice to get good quality food without the upscale prices for atmosphere sometimes. We spent an average of $30 pp. We got a pound of different seafoods each and 2 appetizers.

If I could post the lame crab legs I got for over 30 dollars I would. They were as big around as a bic pen.. I didn't even bother eating them as they were pathetic and small.

Amazing seafood for a great price! I had the party sack seafood boil with the snow crab, lobster tail, shrimp potatoes and corn in Cajun seasoning (with baby spice though I think I could have gone up a level). The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were very friendly.

This place was awesome. I was looking for a place for sea food boils and Crab N Go was highly recommended. There's a good variety of sea food, seasonings, and spice level. Aside from sea food, they also have ramen and fries entrees. I'll definitely be coming back.

The food was AMAZING! Came out quick, hot and the spice was just right (I got the medium). A snack sack is great for 2 and you can add anything you want to them.
