The worst run Domino's ever. We sat, waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes and nobody picked up. We arrived and watched 3 people working inside on kitchen staff, all 3 took a few minutes off here and there... nobody answered the phone... we got in and the manager, who was literally working on nothing at that moment told us that it would take an hour for a pizza. He told us that they were all too busy to answer the phone... we had just seen them all take breaks... plus, the guy is a manager, right? Shouldn't he have known how to staff correctly for the night after Thanksgiving? I guess that's too much to ask for... obviously basic competency is too much to ask for at Domino's. I guess the rude manner in which he told us was acceptable too. I told the manager that such poor service was unacceptable for Domino's, he didn't apologize... his response was get out... DOMINO'S, DO BETTER!!!!!

They put us on hold for 15 minutes and we arrived at the location to place an order, the big dude at the cash register was so rude and disrespectful, and he told us it’s going to take more than one hour until our order is going to be ready! Poor Customer SERVICE!

I order here often and not once have I received bad food or service. The poor guy working seems to be the only guy who works there? This man is there no matter the time or day I order...he deserves some help, I understand everyone is short staffed right now but damn! Idk his name but he deserves a raise and some recognition! I appreciate you and your food is always on point!!

Ordered multiple items. Main pizza without onions and they were loaded. This happens every time. Only reason I still order is my daughter is obsessed with the pan pizza. Going elsewhere for mine as it’s continued issue
Food was absolutely awful called to get my money back or food replaced and replaced one of the missing items from the order and that as well was gross my dog wouldn’t even eat the garbage the employees and manager was rude even after POLITELY explaining and showing them what was wrong with the big order we had NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location or even trust another location due to them changing the ingredients
