This place is habitually slow. The drive thru line is always backed up and you can sit at the speaker and wait 2-3 minutes per customer ahead of you. I don’t know if it’s a combination of never scheduling enough people or poor process for keeping things moving or maybe both.
I travel a lot for work and I’m used to busy Dunkins during rush hour but I never wait this long in even longer lines than what I wait here with shorter times.

i just witnessed a girl come up to the counter and complain about her cheese being freezing cold. not to mention she said that this was her second time going up there because of the cheese. they had already remade it for her and clearly didn’t warm it up like she asked. the workers proceeded to tell her that that’s how the cheese is supposed to be. with a nasty attitude. as a frequent customer at dunkin i know that the cheese is in fact not supposed to be cold. it’s actually supposed to be melted onto the egg. this poor girl started to cry and her whole family got up and walked out. it was extremely rude, and horrible customer service. had i been talked to that way by the workers things would’ve went way different.

My experience was wonderful on my visit 10/14/25. My b'fast egg sandwich was prepared nicely, tasted fresh nd was hot. One employee whose name I 4get was kind 2me after I left out an added cost ingredient for my iced coffee. Albeit, that's good customer service. Of particular note as I was happy to add to my initial, I encountered superior customer friendly service via Monica who was gracious enough to reach for a specific muffin I had eyes on. Thus, it appears all around that customer service here is held in high value. Greatly appreciated.

Best Dunkin in the area imho,...the staff is amazing and remembers you and your order 95% of the time and engages in conversation without slowing down filling orders or disrupting the flow of the drive thru. Always fresh coffee (alot of other dunkins have given me coffee with grounds in the bottom of the cup which is disgusting 🤢🤮) I highly recommend this location!
It is a regular everyday dunkin' donuts... Everything I expected getting a coffee and a cold drink....

Only ones in the store. Waited at the counter for 12 minutes, while 3 workers behind the counter completely ignored us. Not even a greeting! Finally got waited on. The got the chai tea wrong. Both donuts were hard as a brick. Tables were filthy. Every table was just smeared with a wet dirty rag. We were there 11/2/23, at 3:15. Store was dead, employees were worthless. This business is in trouble.

The wait at this location is ridiculous with a line of cars going out into the street. This seems to always be the case, regardless of the day. We order via mobile app and still in a 10-15 minute wait to tell them that we have a mobile order that is already paid.
