This place used to be the slowest Dunkin around, I used to drive 10 mins outta the way to go to a different one. BUT they have improved incredibly. Same speed, if not faster than most. 4 stars cause it's Dunkin, and let's be honest, Dunkin food is meh at best now days. Coffee still #1

Atmosphere is your normal Dunkin' Donuts the food is okay sort of thrown together customer service is medium to slow no matter how busy or slow it is but as far as coffee I can see why a lot of people like it but I am a Starbucks fan always

As im waiting for my order off coffee im writing this review. No matter what time you come here, the workers here always have an attitude. I come to this dunkin because its on my way to work. At this point a rather pass work and go to a different dunkin. Horrible customer service. New employees is needed!!

My daughter and I was there Friday 3/8/24, she wanted donuts and hot cocoa before going to school. When we arrived there was one person ahead of us in line. We patiently waited for our turn but that took a while to come. The cashier April literally called customers that were standing behind us up to get service before completing the customer before us order and taking ours. When April finally completed the customer ahead of us order instead of waiting on us she disappeared in the back so long that eventually another cashier came up to help us, as if Apirl sent her because she didn’t want to wait on us. April finally came from the back after 3-5mins by then the new cashier gave us our donuts but not my daughter’s hot cocoa. We had to wait another 5mins or so before someone else working there noticed that we were not being helped and offered to get the hot cocoa for us. My 11year old daughter asked me after”Mom do you think the woman treated us like that because we are BLACK?!” She asked that because every customer that April took before us was not “Black”. It was by far the worst experience ever! And my daughter had to experience racism which was very hurtful because I’ve told her that we can be friends with anyone NO matter their race as long as they are respectful and kind to us. The way she treated us makes me never want to support another Dunkin Donut ever again!

Came to this Dunkin 2/1/24 the guy at the drive thru, his headset seemed not to be working, not sure if he was intentionally trying to ignore me just because I was African decent. When I pulled up to the window I caught him counting multiple twenties at the register and shoving them into his pocket. I seriously hope he goes to jail after that reckless mess!

In regards to the drive through for Dunkin Donuts the guy has us waiting for over 30 minutes because his headset didn't seem to be working. Then i tried to use my points for a free medium coffee with a purchase through September and he told me I could not use it. So I had to travel a few miles down to a different Dunkin just to use it. I would never in my life, even if this was the only Dunkin in the world go back here

Woman that checked us out in the morning was nuts. Rude and nasty as hell and never even drank my coffee because it tasted like hot water. It’s like… I’m sorry you’re miserable at your job lady, I don’t like my job either but don’t take your attitude out on me and act like I’m inconveniencing you. Not going here again, it sucks.
