I don’t usually write bad reviews as i myself work in the food industry and know it can be difficult at times but everytime i come to this location i have a terrible experience. For some reason they can never get my order right and i genuinely just think its an issue of not wanting to work. Today I went for a simple plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, not only did i not get the veggie cream cheese but they literally just put a slither of cream cheese on it, no joke there was like half a teaspoon on cream cheese on it. I ordered at drive thru and at first glance i did notice the worker taking my order on her phone. I didnt think much of it but after having another bad experience it makes sense to me that these workers simply just do not care. I went back inside after driving 15 minutes back to the location to get a refund and the lady that took my order at drive thru was at the register and i voiced my concern that id like to speak with a manager for a refund and showed her my bagel. Her response was calling the manager while scrunching up her face at me, ok whatever, i dont understand the attitude when she clearly saw the bagel was not to be sold like that. Lucky the manager helped me out and the experience wasnt bad because i was being super nice about it, but the whole vibe was just off!! This location is just attitude and workers who dont want to work there, i get it, no one wants to work but atleast try!! or fake it until you make it because people are spending their real money here. Will not be coming back to this location at 7645 Oswego Rd.

The worst Dunkin around. Ordered twice from here by mistake (I live near 3 and the addresses are similar when I order online), the first time I ordered 3 Boston cream and 3 Kreme delight donuts and the kreme delights had absolutely no filling. I was so happy when they swapped out vanilla cream and headlights and replaced them with the kreme delights because I have a sweet tooth and frosting filled donuts really do it for me. The Boston cream had very little filling. The second order being not even 12 hours earlier, my cat passed away and my boyfriend ordered me donuts while I was sleeping and again they looked like absolute garbage with lack of filling, like not even a 1/2 teaspoon, and they tasted stale! No wonder Donuts was dropped from the name, at least at this location. A sweet treat would have been some kind of comfort to me after the loss of my cat and my boyfriend chose YOU and YOU SUCK SO BAD AT BEING A BUSINESS. People are return customers because it’s an experience and creates memories or it’s just great products but you failed. Not only are your prices justifying spending my money at Wegmans for donuts but it’s insulting when I don’t even get a close to quality item.

I never had such an experience, the staff is never happy. I spent 40 bucks on at this place and the food was disgusting! Hash browns was old and mushy, chipotle, wake up wrap had rock hard hashbrowns on them. My donuts was wrong and my refresher barely had green tea in it. Idk why this Dunkin is still open. It don’t get any better and they never have fresh food !!!!!!!!

This DD is awful, 1st they are always out of what you want, it's never friendly there and for some reason I forgot to order a drink and I tried to order it at the windows and they told me they couldn't. If I would like the drink I would have to go back around the drive thru again. This just boggled my mind. Its just awful service here. I will always be going to a different location from now on.

I frequent this location often and I always feel very welcome here. The staff is friendly courteous and professional, the food is prepared quickly and always to order. I'm not familiar with everyone's name, but a special shout out to Megan, Julie, Victoria, Rose and the entire staff for always making my experience a pleasant one. DD should be proud of this exemplary team, I highly recommend this location to everyone.
staff was rude, rolling eyes and miserable. they made my drink wrong (i ordered a refresher with sparkling water and they made it with normal water) they lied and said i was wrong. there are clearly no bubbles and staff was rude
I live right around the corner, everytime I come here it’s terrible service I always get attitude at the window, eye rolling, and aggressive attitude. The drinks are never made correctly. I ask for light ice everytime and they give me more like extra ice. I get home and there’s about a quarter of the actual drink in my cup let alone the drink always tasting disgusting and made incorrectly. There hasn’t been one time where I have went to this dunkin and my drink wasnt made disgusting, or incorrectly. They don’t know to listen. Just bunch of girls sitting back there talking and laughing. Worse dunkin I’ve ever been to. (Also I always have to either go back to get it fixed or go to a different dunkin) which I also receive attitude if I go back to get it fixed. Other Dunkin’s that fix my drinks say that this dunkin is absolutely terrible and very dirty. Never again will I be coming here, waste of money, time, product and service. Learn to make your drinks correctly
