Wouldn't take a $50 bill.A big company like you should have changed. Not excepting american currency is illegal.
I went through the drive-thru this morning, just like I do every other morning. I told the girl my order which was a coffee with cream. This is the same exact order that I get every single day, sometimes twice a day. The girl then mentioned, politely, that their ovens were not working and that I could not get anything warm. I was confused since I had just ordered a coffee so I clarified by asking "does that affect the coffee order?" I was very polite to her and was just making sure the coffee order would be fine. Suddenly another woman gets on the intercom and yells "she said NOTHING about your coffee!" I was shocked so I pulled up to the window. The regular nice girl was there looking upset so I said to her "I know that wasn't you on the intercom because you are always nice but who was that?" She said that there are a lot of people on the intercom so she wasn't sure. I said that was fine and that I would like to speak to the manager on duty. The manager came over and it ended up being the one who yelled at me on the intercom. I asked her why she yelled about it and she rolled her eyes and said "she was just trying to explain to you about the ovens!" I asked her again why she needed to yell about it at which point she said "do you want your coffee or not?" I said that I did and then she shoved the coffee at me and slammed the drive-thru window. I was in shock as I drove away. As I went to drink my coffee I then noticed that it was almost all cream, cold, and barely any coffee - obviously not what I ordered.
Ordered 2 drinks and 1 came out horrible. Not what i ordered at all, the staff is extremely rude and hostile towards customers. I witnessed the girl making bagels throw the bag with food at a lady and her child. Setting horrible examples for children
Don’t go to this Dunkin- hit the one up the road. They’re out of at least half the inventory and the staff are rude no matter the time of day or how small or simple your order.

Made an online order for an Iced Coffee. When I waked in there was an empty cup with my name on it. It took over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by the 5+ employees working there. They informed me thales didn't have an ingredient to make the coffee, They offered a significantly lesser value coffee, I declined and simply requested a refund which took 3 people to figure out. If the location doesn't have the ingredients in stock the drink should not be available in the online ordering platform.
Parking: Very tight lot for parking, Drive-thru constantly backs up into the street blocking the parking lot.

Have noticed a quality change recently! It is so nice to be welcomed with friendliness in the morning and the coffee is always quick, hot and fresh!

This store is unreasonably awful. I waited in a long line for my mobile order then I get there and they don’t have more than half my order, to which the cashier had major attitude refunding. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at the this location. This store has some major problems and things need to change.

They have items on their pick up menu that I pay for and they don't even have them in store. If your gonna pick and choose what days to sell frozen coffee then take it off your pick up menu so we stop wasting money.
Yeah, I won't be returning to this location. Also got a coffee and it wasn't good and they're not very friendly.
Coffees were wrong twice and the dounuts are old. It’s 930 in morning. I ordered 2 decafs they were reg had them changed and then they were decaf but no sugar or cream! How hard is your job???

I used to like this place very much. The staff is nice, but often uses foul language. I don't bring my kids inside anymore because of that. My order has been wrong more often than not lately. I would honestly go to the other Dunkin further down rt 57.

if i could give 0 stars i most definitely would. i ordered 3 drinks , two iced coffees and one frozen coffee. the frozen coffee was fine i guess but the two iced coffees most definitely were not. both the iced coffees tasted like whoever was working decided to put whatever amount of what was asked to be in the drinks in both of them. one of them tasted way watered down which makes no sense because i requested less ice in it. and the way the drinks were delivered was not the proper way that they were supposed to be delivered. all three drinks were in a cup carrier with the dating stickers ( for dairy , swirls , coffees etc. ) on the top instead of in the sealed dunkin bag.
