My chocolate mocha looks like milk. I always order here but idk if it was the person making my drink but I know it’s not supposed to be that light. The girl toke my phone without even asking . No sign of communication again I always come here it’s probably that person making my drink. It’s probably not Dunkin’ but I shouldn’t have to pay 7 dollars for a drink that not come out right and I don’t have time to turn around and ask for them to fix it I have a job.

Stopped in drive thru after an appointment and parking lot was plowed amazing. Ordered 6 dollar meal deal and the Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was hot and yummy 😋. Coffee was perfect. The hashbrowns were sinful only problem was they only gave you a few. Employee was fast and friendly also.

The window lady was vary rude all bc I asked for my change and basically threw the food in my hand I asked for ketchup she went to the back was laughing with the manager came back and slammed it in my hand
Drive thru at 6:50pm, teller says "closed". Google say closing at 7pm. Kinda service is this? Dunkin doesnt see to "run" in liverpool

staff was very friendly, but we had to wait five+ minutes, after the staff already clarified our order, for three doughnuts. also there were quite a few bees INSIDE the building. as someone who can have serious allergic. upon telling the staff about the bees, we were told that it was a "normal dunkin experience"

Newly remodeled, but you'll never see the inside. Lobby is closed, you can put in a mobile order but you can't walk in to pick it up. Drive thru only... based on recent history (last 2 years) be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee.
