Drive thru at 6:50pm, teller says "closed". Google say closing at 7pm. Kinda service is this? Dunkin doesnt see to "run" in liverpool

staff was very friendly, but we had to wait five+ minutes, after the staff already clarified our order, for three doughnuts. also there were quite a few bees INSIDE the building. as someone who can have serious allergic. upon telling the staff about the bees, we were told that it was a "normal dunkin experience"

Newly remodeled, but you'll never see the inside. Lobby is closed, you can put in a mobile order but you can't walk in to pick it up. Drive thru only... based on recent history (last 2 years) be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru for a coffee.

they just reopened this location after being under construction for most of the summer and they were SWAMPED! despite the overflow of (rude)customers in the drive thru & lobby, they maintained positive attitudes and were as attentive as possible. we appreciate them!!!!!

Got a breakfast sandwich and some donuts. We were in and fast, staff was very friendly and professional, food is great!
Please hire more people. Your workers are way overwhelmed at crunch time, 7 am. Due to having only 3 people on the clock, it took 20 minutes to get a coffee. This morning, no American was running anywhere on in or near anything because of Dunkin! Own your mantra!!

Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area- they never mix your drink, they’re either out of stuff or no longer stocking it all the time even though it’s all over the menu and the digital sign out front, and service os usually slow even though I’ve never seen it busy.

I work right around the corner from this dunkin and I am ashamed to say I place a mobile order about 3-4 times a week. Everytime my order is ready, the people are very nice and my coffee is always made right. I take my coffee with oatmilk so you pretty much freehand it and they are always generous so it comes out perfect! My favorite dunkin due to the employees. Thank you! Makes my day!
