Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area- they never mix your drink, they’re either out of stuff or no longer stocking it all the time even though it’s all over the menu and the digital sign out front, and service os usually slow even though I’ve never seen it busy.

I work right around the corner from this dunkin and I am ashamed to say I place a mobile order about 3-4 times a week. Everytime my order is ready, the people are very nice and my coffee is always made right. I take my coffee with oatmilk so you pretty much freehand it and they are always generous so it comes out perfect! My favorite dunkin due to the employees. Thank you! Makes my day!

We visited the location on Oswego Rd Liverpool NY. We purchased 6 bags of their medium roast ground coffee at $10 each with gift cards. Wish they still had the 3 for $19.99 deal? Young man working was very friendly and helpful.

The RGM of the store is horrible! The lady in the picture called me out of my name/ by my race, threw my money all because I said the service was slow. Never go here.
I can’t even rate them on service because it was so bad. For 3 days in a row they messed up mobile order and we had to drive back to pick up rest of order. And 2 out of the 3 days when I called they were nice and accommodating. the last time the person who answered just said hello.. and I wasn’t even sure I called the right place until I asked!!! And for the manager to excuse the behavior because they are short staffed? Lady how is that my problem? Disgusted with this place. Don’t go there. They don’t pay attention to what you order, make you wait forever in drive thru to acknowledge you even when there is no one else in line.

I asked for a manager and there wasn’t one apparently. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. They are in desperate need of management and better workers.

Was at the drive thru this morning and the person taking the order sounds like she doesn't want to be there. Waited for 12 minutes before she decided to get back on the mic to take my order. Slowest service I've seen in a Dunkin donuts drive thru. I do not recommend this location at all not what it used to be. Worst
