Burgers are good. Tons of fries. Milkshake was on par. I give 4 stars just because I think it’s a bit pricey for what you get. But good quality American burger joint.
Cashier was pleasant and smiley but too impatient and didn’t allow my mom to give him correct change. She could have handed it to him but he couldn’t do the math so he refused her change. Then the food comes out and her burger bun is stale, the fries were the overcooked broken bits, and the drink machine didn’t work so we couldn’t even get water. We have been to Five Guys in other areas that are much better, like Victor, Henrietta, and Vestal. I do not recommend eating at this location. I wouldn’t come back.

Five Guys is one of our fave burger places. Pricey, but an excellent treat, once in a while. We love the smaller bacon cheese burger with everything, and the cajun fries. Huge serving of fries - enough for two!

Easy order through app. Cheeseburger and small fries. Plenty of parking. Even though crazy amount of salt on fries (I wiped most of it off) the food here is always fantastic. Best national burger place around. Downside, due to outrageous inflation issues across the country since 2021, price increase 15 months ago $14.23 to current $18.62. Ugh.
