Atmosphere is not the best but will do for a quick lunch. Unfortunately the staff has been quite unpleasant on our last visits to get take out. Not sure I thought it was just a one time thing but no. They do get busy I understand but if you just fake it. Try to make customers feel like they want to return.

On two consecutive days, I savored exceptional cuisine at this establishment, captivated by its remarkable quality. On the first day, I indulged in a classic cheese pizza, which was nothing short of delectable. On the second day, I opted for a combination of vodka Riggs, and vodka pizza, which emerged as one of the finest pizzas I have ever tasted. I highly recommend Francesca’s pizza.

I have NO idea how they got my phone number to send me the VIP on Tuesdays but I have zero complaints! I tried their food on Tuesday and it was very tasty. Those Garlic Knots reminded me of the OG Original crazy bread from the 90s. Very delicious pasta sauce as well.

This place use to be bigger and different when it first opened. The sauce was out of a can or jar ( tasted like) Nothing like their Signature place for sure. No prices on menu. You walk in and order from counter take a number and seat yourself. No wine or beer but small sign at counter reads BYOB. Wish we knew that before. The Utica Greens awful . Should have sent back and our friend order a dish she loves had a there before. While that was a disappointment and Alferdo sauce watery. Will never go back. There was four of us don’t recommend.

WOW!! what a great surprise. We were getting hail damage repair done next door at Chuck Taylor's Body shop and decided to try Francescas while we waited!
Excellent!! Crust is fabulous and they could teach a few places in Utica a thing or too for quality 🍕. Also had teriyaki wings so big and juicy.
If you haven't yet, give them a try! Waitstaff super friendly, great food! What are you waiting for???

Food was fresh. We ordered a canzone and ordered the way we wanted with mozzarella, peppers, onion, and pepperoni. It was hot and fresh. Maybe just a few onions next time. We ordered this to go and wanted to mention the ladies behind the counter speaking crap about a crying baby who was dining as a guest. I don't believe it's welcoming to guests to over hear the employees talk trash about other guests.
