Oh my!!! Amazing hotcakes. The sauce is the bomb. So much food for your buck. Gotta check this place out. We found our new Sunday ritual for the summer!!!

Had the pancake breakfast with loaded home fries this morning and my friends, this is THEE BEST pancakes and home fries I've had in quite sometime! If you haven't tried them yet make it a priority!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. Not to mention the homemade syrup is to die for!!!!
They came to le moyne for an event and i will be hunting them down from now on! Everything was so so good! Im not even a person who enjoys breakfast that much and especially not plain pancakes but THESE!! AMAZING!
We hired Hughies to serve brunch for wedding guest staying on site at a local venue out in Oneida and the food and customer service were both outstanding! I 100% recommend Hughies !!! Best pancakes ever!

This food truck was by far the best place at the food truck get together at great northern mall today(8/14/24). The lady and gentleman were personable, offered samples, talked about their product and were faster than the average truck while giving huge portions for their price. Their food was delicious and the craftsmanship and quality matched their attitude 10/10. A hughie fully loaded or naked is always slobberingly good!

Starting with bacon grease for the hit cakes, bacon and cubed potatoes cooked to perfection and then just when you thought that was all here comes the signature syrup, the owner said it’s a grandmas secret recipe and you know grandma always knows what’s best.. simply delicious and a pleasure to eat. Thank you.
