Employees are nice enough, but I am exceedingly confident this stores policy is to not give definitive era's for when orders are going to be done. I do delivery on the side and at least 4 times I've gone to this store for one, had an extended wait for pickup, and when I politely asked hey how much longer? Was given generic answers like soon, we're almost done with that, and I've just got to add toppings and wrap it up. Like why do you train this way? If it's going to be a half hour wait I'll just cancel and make money elsewhere while ten minutes later some other driver will be assigned. Just tell us how long of a wait it's going to be...
The guy that was working at this location today (12/6) at 2pm, needs serious customer service training. Walked in with my husband and no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes, we were the only ones there at the time. Once the guy finally acknowledged us, all he said was “what do you want.” When my husband asked for garlic rosemary bread, the worker rolled his eyes and grabbed a roll that was pushed to the back of the counter and threw it. Then he looked at me and said, “ok now what do you want.” I asked for a number 3 but with American cheese, and he didn’t respond to me - I didn’t know if he heard me. He started cutting up provolone cheese and I said, “oh I wanted American” to which he cut me off and went, “I already know that, I’m not cutting American cheese right now am I?” I should’ve walked out right then and there. My husband and I stared at each other because we were amazed at how this dude was acting towards us. Another man walked in and the same thing happened - the male worker didn’t greet him and just said “what do you want.” My sub was then handed off to a girl who asked if I wanted it mikes way and that was it. When she was done she threw the top bun on and I had to stop her and ask for banana peppers and Mayo. Also didn’t say a word to me after that and passed it to the final girl who checked us out. Weirdest and coldest interaction that I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and certainly won’t be going back to this location. I get that a sub shop isn’t glamorous work, but that isn’t an excuse to not take it seriously and treat customers like garbage.

What a great Jersey Mike’s location with phenomenal staff. Beyond accommodating for food allergies, which is wonderful. Thank you for an excellent experience!
