Lunch rush. One dude working his ass off while the other three crack jokes. I get it's stressful but from the eyes of the customer who's been waiting over an hour for a sandwich so he can get back to work, comes off as off putting. People have limited time frames at work for lunch so trying to make light of angry customers and not helping them get their meals more expeditiously just ruins the experience. Won't be coming back for a while. Hope the dude working the grill gets help soon.
As a result of him having to do everything, my sandwich wasn't as good as previous since he had to rush. Not his fault since he was doing everything anyways.
Otherwise, outside of the lunch rush, always good to eat at Jersey Mike's. I'm just going to avoid this location in future.

Absolutely amazing job!!! I had Jayden working up front and another gentleman working the grill. I came in with 30 people due to a failed catering. We all got a sandwich, chip, and drink. Jayden did absolutely amazing with moving from customer to customer with answering, asking, and delivering questions. They had a big rush and got us all in an out within 30 minutes. Lovely atmosphere, I don’t even think I saw them break a sweat. Awesome awesome awesome service. Great job boys for taking care of us!! I even saw them handling online orders in between my people. Those boys rock!

It's a very good sub sandwich shop. Normally get the old Italian sub sandwich Mike's way just taste better also with mustard yellow. The Agave Vanilla Cream soda is interesting wouldn't recommend it and never really liked creamed soda anyways. The meat is sliced in front of you like a deli and the vegetables are sliced fresh.

oof! i love jersey mikes, but i would definitely steer clear of this specific one. the service and atmosphere were both genuinely awful. the one woman behind the counter was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. the only saving grace was the man there actually helping and taking our order. you could clearly tell he was trying to compensate for her strangely nasty demeanor towards us. i genuinely hope she does not work in customer service for much longer because she is terrible at it. we almost walked out without getting any food but the guy who helped us redeemed that.
