Usually go to Fairmount store, just happened to be close to the Liverpool route 57 location. Ordered 2 bowls instead of sandwiches, order came back with 1 bowl, 1 sandwich. They attempted to fix the problem. They did offer me the sandwich and made the correct order. Got home, they made the bowl wrong, no ranch dressing on the chicken, bacon and ranch. I opened the sandwich, it was disgusting, couldn’t even eat it. I sent an email to the manager, no response! We like Jersey Mikes, but will never return to that location. Also most of the staff was not trained properly. Lesson learned. We’ll stick with the Fairmount location.

Order a tuna fish sub and the tuna fish was just liquid. I don't mind paying more for a sub , but this was horrible and I wasted my lunch. Just shot it out after two bites. I am not write reviews.

Stopped by today to pick up a Tuna Fish sub and had nothing but great service and interaction with the manager/employee on duty. He even convinced me to come back to try out their new Smokey Southwestern Cheese Steak sub-- dare I say it looks a "sub above" the rest... No pun... Cheers:)
My son placed a online order for the Giant Chipolte Steak Sub. We asked for the rosemary parm roll, it comes with peppers, onions and Chipolte mayo. The sub was on a white roll not the roll we asked for. Absolutely NO peppers but their were onions and Absolutely NO Chipolte mayo. I can't comprehend how people can't read simple instructions on how to make an order placed properly especially since the sub is $19.00. WILL NOT be placing an order or eating here ever again. First and last time we will spend money here. The amount of money charged my order should have been made to order correctly!

I’ve ordered from here 2x and both times my food was not ready for pick up. Each time I ordered 45mins + in advance for 2 subs before my 12 hour work shifts. Wasn’t able to wait the one time due to having to running a bit late, so I had no food for work. They let someone take my order and refunded. Previous time I was able to wait. Food was fine but nothing special. Won’t be going back again as I can’t rely on my food to be ready when I need it.
