Ordered online for a delivery they messed my order up didn't put no bacon and put the whole bottle of vinegar five pieces of meat 20 dollars sub and to ripped off like this my daughter was upset and she autistic she really wanted bacon on her sub not to mention it supposed to come with it never again will order jersey mikes

I'm not a local so I'm not particularly versed with the lay of the land at this store location. The food was very good and the service was okay with a bit of authentic deli 'tude to go with what I ordered. I hail from the land where subs and hoagies reign supreme so my standards are reasonably high but I will say that as far as chains go Jersey Mike's delivers.

We’ve eaten at jersey mikes all across the north east, never had a problem until today. Long wait for an online order with little to no line for walk in customers with our order just sitting half finished. Got approached by another “customer” and felt unsafe after the interaction. The hot sub sat for so long that it was no longer hot. Wrong bread for both subs. Yikes!

I had rotator cuff surgery, and they made it easy for me by cutting it in half opposite way lengthwise. Made enjoying my sub seamless.

Sad to see I have to wait while they build orders for consumers not in the store, however; the turkey subs were super good! Also the first location I’ve been too that’s not freezing cold, love the interior design as well

Usually go to Fairmount store, just happened to be close to the Liverpool route 57 location. Ordered 2 bowls instead of sandwiches, order came back with 1 bowl, 1 sandwich. They attempted to fix the problem. They did offer me the sandwich and made the correct order. Got home, they made the bowl wrong, no ranch dressing on the chicken, bacon and ranch. I opened the sandwich, it was disgusting, couldn’t even eat it. I sent an email to the manager, no response! We like Jersey Mikes, but will never return to that location. Also most of the staff was not trained properly. Lesson learned. We’ll stick with the Fairmount location.
This place has their act together now. Their manager Aiden is a class act. The management makes a difference.

Order a tuna fish sub and the tuna fish was just liquid. I don't mind paying more for a sub , but this was horrible and I wasted my lunch. Just shot it out after two bites. I am not write reviews.
