Horrible absolutely atrocious service, I don’t think I’ve ever I mean ever have had worse service nor wait times. I sat in line for 45 mintues waiting to order with 3 customers. Nothing is ever stocked, constantly out of sauces. I’ll never I mean never order from here again.

Never answer the phone, its always off the hook! And, I kid you not, EVERYTIME I order or come through drive thru I NEVER RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER!! it's annoying, and they are the only KFC in the area or id stop coming! VERY rare to encounter any employee there who is atleast respectful! They are ALL RUDE and make you feel like you've disturbed them from something productive. If you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, find a new one! Its FREE to be kind, especially in a Customer Service environment!

your staff is always rude and has attitude. not to mention they mess up every order every time i come here. there is always something missing OR when i ordered they “forgot to add it” so i have to go back because they “forgot”. they’re always on their phones at the window and this entire place has just gone down hill. you could move this exact store to the city and it would fit in perfectly

After reading previous reviews I was a bit skeptical but we were pleasantly surprised. The counter person was helpful and the chicken was fresh moist and hot! We’ll be back!

rude staff. incorrect orders. sloppy food, sloppy people. Managers tell your employess to make eye contact when you're talking to someone with your headset on otherwise we have no idea you're listening to us while you're actively taking an order.

This place has the highest prices for fast food. I really cannot recommend it. The quality of food is debatable and it’s not the KFC we use to enjoy for a quick pick up meal . It’s just not an enjoyable place to go and the service ( because of turn over) takes a long time even when it’s practically empty. My experience is with not just one store but quite a few. There other places to get chicken and at a better price and a restaurant atmosphere.

Sign on the Door says They Take EBT cards and Participate in the Restaurant Meals Program, (RMP) The Cashier Refused to Take the Persons Card I was With . They were embarrassed. And Hungry. Before i even had a chance to pay for the meal the Cashier canceled the order.

And they just kept ignoring me and one person made fun of me a woman for being bald I have a medical condition and they were calling me names the guys were fooling around, screaming laughing and telling the women what to do and being very sexist and the women were working very hard
