I was waiting to order for about 15 minutes waiting saying hello??? And they just kept ignoring me and one person made fun of me a woman for being bald I have a medical condition and they were calling me names
the guys were fooling around, screaming laughing and telling the women what to do and being very sexist and the women were working very hard

Chicken was soaked in old grease, most of the skin was missing the skin(this is my favorite part), some of it tasted like soy sauce, and there was some dark liquid in the bottom of the bucket.

Very disappointed in the service . Even the manager is very rude . Went to the drive through due to the coupon . They forgot to add on the coupon . Went in and asked if they can still redo the transaction. Manager came out and said use it next time . Then he blame me for not giving it to her . Then he said that they don’t do the coupon online on the phone . Literally they text me the deal itself . Which clearly they do since I apply for the coupon app online from them . The only kfc near my house with big sign saying text … to … to receive deals online to the phone . Then play dumb saying we don’t participate in that . And we can’t refund your money . I work at restaurants for 9 years and people make mistake on transaction . Totally he can void the transaction and do another one but didn’t .. I don’t care if I spent a little more money but I hate it when people lie to me and treat me like I’m stupid .

I placed a pickup order through the Doordash app 1 hour before arriving at the store and when I arrived it was still not ready, I'm sure they didn't have many orders because there wasn't even anyone at the D-tru, The night staff sucks. , After that time arriving late more than 30 minutes more. There was even one of the employees outside smoking. where inside it is assumed that others needed help.
